I first encountered this brand when visiting South Africa in 2009/10. I purchased four pairs and they are only just beginning to wear out. When I found the brand on Amazon, I jumped straight in and bough another pair.I would say that the price meant that I only purchased one pair as I was aware that this was a slightly different sock than the ones I already owned, and I didn't want to commit to multiple pairs until I was sure they would be just as good.I am pleased to report that these socks are actually a little thicker than the previous pairs and are just as comfortable - possibly slightly more luxurious in feel and material.
