I bought a Panasonic Camcorder to expand my photographic equipment and needed a separate charger to use mainly in the car. After looking around the options available, this item appeared to be what was required and as I have dealt with Ex-Pro before, felt confident the product would fit the bill. The charger gives you various options for plugging in to mains power all of which are detachable from the main body. The 12volt plug has a coiled lead which tucks away neatly when in use. When out for the day filming, I can recharge a battery from the car socket whilst using the spare. The charger will not overcook the battery and once it has fully charged, the red light gradually turns to green to signal completion.

Definitely have much more capacity than the battery which came with my HC-VX870 Panasonic camcorder but I do get the occasional error message which prevents me from filming when the battery is fully charged (possibly due to high voltage / amps?). When I swap for the standard battery and back again the error message is cancelled but it is a frustrating problem and means I have to carry the two batteries with me.If not for that problem I would give 5 stars as this battery lasts for over twice as long as the standard battery and is way cheaper than a Panasonic high capacity battery.As soon as the error message is cleared this battery behaves as normal until it runs flat with no problems

I have used Ex-Pro batteries in several Digital Movie Cameras since 2010 with comete success. I can unreservedly recommend them. Recently, I purchased two VBT380 EliteBattery and chargher kits to use with a Panasonic 990 camcorder. Each battery gives more than 3 hours of recording time. I bought two chargers to enable both batteries to be charged overnight, as it takes nearly 10 hours to fully charge each 4700mAh battery. True, these batteries can be charged in onmy three hours through the camera-but I no longer want my sleep to be dusturbed by getting up to change batteries.The charging kits are wonderful value for money, and have excellent quality and reliability for filming on the move.

The charger comes with a collection of pins which means it can be used in the US or Europe as well as the UK as a mains charger, as well as a power lead to plug into a 12 volt car socket to charge on the move. A red light indicates it is charging turning green when the battery is charged. It is much cheaper than the manufacturer's unit and so far has worked perfectly.It seems well made, nothing flimsy or loose fitting and does all that is expected of it at less than a third of the Panasonic unit.

this is the perfect companion to the Panasonic video camera, for any one that requires being able to charge there batteries away from a mains power supply, although it as the mains adapter so you can charge the bat at home, my main reason i purchased it was so i could charge the bat on route, it also means that i can charge both my bat at the same time, would highley recommend this item.

I bought this for V510 panasonic camcorder and the battery was VW-VBT190. It very handy to use with different plugs and without the need of attaching the adaptor and leads to the camcorder itself. You could just take the battery out of your camcorder and plug it in the charger. Has worked for me so far. Recommended

Any one of us can be unlucky and receive an item that is faulty and in this instance it was me. In fairness it was simple to return and replace once I returned to the UK. The replacement works well and with a variety of adaptors has great potential for travellers especially where weight is a consideration

When I bought the V750 camera I was aware of how expensive the Panasonic batteries were. I bought a second 190 and the charger to support it. The charger is 240/12v so I can keep a charged battery at all times.Charge times are long but the battery comes out fully charged every time.

A very useful charger.Whilst I've not yet used it a great deal, when I have it has left the battery properly charged up and ready for use which i just what you need.I haven't yet used the car charger link, just mains. I'm sure that the car charger will be just fine too.

It's a battery ! It charges and discharges the same as any other , looks well constructed but the main benefit is being roughly half the cost of OE batteries. All the camera interfaces function and the supplier was very prompt at supply . What more could you wish for ?

I need an additional charger to the genuine one but without the cost. Although it feels lightweight, cheap and nasty, it works. Bit fiddly to put together but you only do it the once. I have bought several ex-pro products in the past and know I can rely on them.

Works fine, but it takes a great deal longer to charge a battery compared to using the camera itself to charge. Instructions do not mention this type of charger with the LCD display, but refer to one with lights to indicate when charging and full.

Very happy with purchase. It works well with the original battery supplied with my panasonic camera and I also got too more batteries from ex-pro that still worked out cheaper than buying a replacement branded charger! Good value for money..

Just what I needed for going on Holiday , made sure all the bits fitted , the main plate needed a bit of pressure to get on , now charging as I write , nice and light to pack in a case , should do the job.
