Bought my second one of these batteries for the Canon 1D Mark 4. Both show me the life bar in the camera and I'm delighted I did not pay 10 times the price for the Canon version.Even if you got a dud one (as I read about below) it's still worth buying it again as you're going to get a good one soon and save money. Not that I have had a bad experience.Try it! Delivery was quick too.

I have 3 of these batteries. For my 1d mk iii and 1ds mk ii. Have been using them for 2 years with o problem. I get about 1000 shots on a full charge with the 1d mk iii. The only thing I have noticed is that you have to align the battery accurately when you put it in the camera. I can read full battery info in both cameras. Ie no difference to genuine battery.

Having used a Ex-Pro battery in the past with my Canon 1Ds3, I had a high degree of confidence that this batteries would be just as good. Glad to say I wasn't disappointed. Nice weight and no corners cut.

I’ve now got 4 of these for my 2 Canon 1D Mk 4s. Very please with them as they are a great alternative for the canon original battery.
