I have tried several Hip packs and this is the only one which has fitted well enough to use for long periods. Firstly the waist straps are long enough to fit anyone of almost any size. There are also quick tightening straps which helps to keep the pack tight around the waist as the drinks bladder shrinks with usage. The zips are good quality and easy to use. There are plenty of side pockets and overall the pack is big enough to store a days supply of food and water as well as a decent repair kit.
