Love it! I've used it a few times now for baking bread. I proof in the pot at room temperature, then put the pot it in a 480F preheated oven with no issues. Works great with consistent results every time. I don't flour the pot or use parchment paper... just direct contact with the dough and the bread easily drops out when done baking. I would buy a couple more if it were just a little more affordable (say, $120).
