The ingredients are pure no nastys what so ever .The smell is devine weghtless makes hair nourished without artificial thickeners or colourings my hair iz pretty normal but at timez when has been dry & bit of friz &me a bit out of sorts hormones whatever ...leave this on longer before rinsing out & leave some in that is to say only use 1 jug of water to rinse ...Im allergic to lots of everything & this is Pure Gentle Effective Beatiful Unadulterated Conditioning .& use Sparingly its quite liquid & your hands are wet use a little at a time not to waste it .Its expensive but worth every penny & I make this last me that then it becomes econimical ,
