This is a good, neat, padded waterproof canvas-style fabric carry bag for laptops, chromebooks and tablets up to 11". The main compartment is zip fastening and there's a lift up flap on the front to allow other items to be stored away from the device. Can be used with the grab handle or the optionally detachable cross-body strap. The case is a bit thicker than a slipcover style case but doesn't stand up on its own. I'm more than happy to use this with my budget Chromebook, but I don't think I'd feel comfortable trusting a far pricier MacBook to this case. The protection this offers is fairly basic - it will definitely protect against scrapes and surface marks and keeps components clean and together for easy transportation without taking up a great deal of room,
