Still getting used to it. Do not like mobile phones. Have only received incoming calls so far and used bluetooth earpiece which I bought for it. Thank goodness I have a landline too. which is far easier to use. I find text messaging difficult - finding my way around the keyboard without accidentally deleting things.! Handbook does not tell you all you need to know. On the whole, using the phone is trial and error.

I purchased this for my dad who’s in hospital & hates technology. I programmed the SOS rear orange button to directly call me when he pressed it, which made it easier for him to use, has a long battery life, it’s ideal especially with the sos button. HAS a torch & radio too, but this feature hasn’t been used yet, nice easy to use compact phone. Can’t fault it really.

small for your pocket yet can be easily read. Hearing the number you dial as you dial it is really useful to save miscalls. Found it a bit difficult to set up but I have never had a mobile before, Will get used to it before long.

Good product which my 86 year old Mother-in-law finds easy to use. I think that it doesn't need to be as compact as it is. Perhaps make the screen display a bit bigger so that it is easier for aged eyes to view

Just what the wife wanted she is impressed with phone and can now ring me without having to put her Glasses on to see the numbers
