I'm an enthusiastic user of De Buyer pans and rate them very highly this but this particular pan has already developed a slight high-spot on the base which means it doesn't sit perfectly flat on my induction hob and can spin. OK, so I've used it on a high heat to sear meat occasionally but that's the point of going for stainless rather than non-stick.I can live with it and it's not worth returning the pan at this stage but if it gets any worse then I'll test how good the 2 years guarantee is.
