I bought the legs to go with a Cullmann CU 40073 CB series CB 7.3 QR head & camera plate. The combination of both results in an excellent quality, ridged base for my photography. It supports a Nikon D7100 with 16-85mm lens without any problems and is quick to set up thanks to the large solid leg clips. So far I've only used it a few times but I am really happy with the ability to support without any vibration or flex in the legs. The quality is excellent and I feel is well worth the asking price. Obviously you can add a tripod head of your choice to the legs but the CB 7.3 matches the legs well and is of similar high quality.
