This product seems good quality and arrived promptly. However, out of the 12 sticks of chalk there were 4 broken ones. Two were completely snapped into pieces and the other two had chunks missing. I only need to make a few marks on a pavement so this doesn't matter too much, but if you bought them thinking you'd check enough sticks of chalk for 12 kids you might have a few issues!

Great chalk for a chalkboard. My kids enjoy playing school with these on their chalkboard. These are the great quality you can expect from crayola. The sticks are firm, compact, and last a long time. You can get these at a great price when they're on special offer, so keep an eye out for that. Can't go wrong!

Bought for my Daughters room as we created a wall into a chalkboard, we didnt want dust on the bedroom floor from standard chalks so bought these and have to say they are fab, does what it says - dust free chalking.They arrived quickly and were all intact so i was very happy with the product and the service.

I don't have a clue about these chalks sutability as a toy, but they a good for marking out concrete slabs for drilling or cutting.I got a pack of these for my tool box to use when drilling a load of holes, and cutting sections of concrete out of a garden path. In these uses the chalks well.

After reading the reviews I wasn't sure if this product would work.I don't know what happened to the other purchasers but it did exactly what it said on the tin.Dust free chalk is dust free, which works for me as my sons have dust allergies.Now I'll have to hunt out coloured chalk.

Great value and I like to buy from a reputable source as it's likely my young kids/toddlers will end up chewing on them. I feel confident that these won't include any dangerous chemicals/materials. The chalk itself is also brilliant quality to use, as you would expect from Crayola.

I am not using these chalks as an educational item, I have a chalk board in the kitchen for lists and memos and I was fed up with them not writing, getting chalk dust all over the place and breaking. These chalks do what they say they will do and they are great.

It does what a chalk does. It is easy to use, draws well and lasts reasonable amount of time (for us). Some dusts are apparent when erasing but regarding how the chalks work, it is fine as long as you do not suffer from certain symptoms. I would buy them again.

bought it for 3 year old to play with easel; they are nice, quite small for hands of 3 year old who broke it in no time so now even smaller pieces we have; does not make much mess but it is chalk at the end of the day and I think it always will be messy;

Excellent I'm really chuffed with it. Didn't think i'd write a rewiew for chalk but really impressed. I can write much finer writing on notice board and there's NO hovering the chalk dust with children's chalk board. Will be buying more of this :-)

Chalk can come in very useful sometimes.I've used this to mark out my plan for a door being fitted into a wall, as well as my plan for internal construction changes. It's just so useful.That's all I can say really, it's chalk.

Bought a kitchen blackboard, needed chalk. So bought chalk. It writes, with a little help from me. Like being back at school (They had blackboards and chalk then!) Still on the first stick after two months, so very good value!

Arrived quickly and unbroken. Writes beautifully on a very cheap child’s blackboard with no scratchy noises. Rubs off well too but there is some dust. I have been a teacher and I know that no chalk can ever be 100% dust free.

Arrived with a few bits broken but still big enough size to use. I wouldn't say it was dustless as dust fell out when I was checking over the box. It is what it is though and will be fine for using on a board. Good price

Does what it sets out to do. Excellent for writing on blackboards and black paper. Top tip: sharpen with a pencil sharpener if you want a fine edge for pretty lettering. This is quality stuff and is up to the pressure.
