These crayons are absolutely excellent. I bought a pack for my 5 year old son at Christmas and he hasn't used any other felts/crayons/pencil crayons since. The colours are lovely and vibrant, and unlike normal crayons they don't snap so they are easy to hold and there are no flakes of wax to tread into the rug. Also, because they twist up, they stay the same length which means they look like new even now, and so he always tidies them back into the packet. I ended up buying an extra set for my 7 year old daughter as she preferred them to other colouring stuff too.I honestly can't recommend them highly enough! (Can't believe I'm raving so much about crayons though!)

I've bought several packs of these Crayola Twistables because it saves having to sharpen them as all you do is twist them to start sketching and drawing with, although they do eventually run out of lead and you can buy some more and maybe use the shells of the old ones in some creative way, these pencils are super cheap so you could just buy new packs as and when you need them.They come in thin and think leads and different colours which make them another of Crayolas bright ideas and excellent budget artists tools. Every artist should have some Crayola art products as they are good quality.Brilliant pencils these!

These crayons work beautifully. They cover the page well and the colours are richer than pencils. They are highly engineered and avoid the usual difficuly of crayons: they seem inevitably to snap and the kids are constantly tearing little bits of paper off them.So far as I can tell, however, they are not refillable which means one is left with 12 highly-engineered empty plastic sticks to put into the recycling.

I brought these as I have a 2 year old boy that chews the end of felt tip pens or peels paper wrapping off standard crayons and distributes over the house. These are the closest I have got to something that doesn't cover his face with ink or the house with peeled and often chewed paper. I've just got to find away off stopping him from twisting them until crayon comes out of shell. Great Item.

Brilliant. Such a great design. They've been used every day for the past 2 months by my 2-year old twins, look as good as new and have a lot of life left in them. They are chunky enough for little hands whilst being delicate enough for detail. I've tried chalks, normal crayons and pencils, all of which have been destroyed within 5 minutes. These are superior by far. A really good product.

I bought these crayons for my 2 year-old son, who loves drawing. So far we've been using Crayola mini markers, which he adores. He lost all his interest in simple crayons. I wanted to buy something he can use for a change. These crayons are lovely. Very bright, and unusual style from normal crayons make my son want to use them again and again. Would recommend to anyone.

My 3 yr old daughter really likes these crayons, which feel more grown up, and mum likes that they don't mark her clothes or the sofa! Colours are bright and a decent mix allows for good colouring sessions. The only downside is that they can still break when she decides to twist them out too far, and then there's little you can do but throw away the broken bit.

These are a great idea if you have a toddler with a tendency to snap crayons! They are also nicely packaged and so slip into our daughter's change bag easily so that we can take them to cafes etc to keep her entertained. The colour doesn't come out as well as a usual crayola crayon so they need a bit of extra pressure, but are well worth it overall.

I bought these to have in my bag when eating out with my children. They like to draw/colour whilst waiting for the food and these do an excellent job without the need for messy pencil sharpeners. They have a good range of vibrant colours and when they've been used a while, you just need to twist to reveal more colour. Excellent product.

Great for young kids learning to draw. Sometimes with crayons the colour isn't very bright unless you press really hard but these are fine, bright colours. My 3 year old can twist them up himself plus his 2 year old brother can't just chew the crayon as he likes to do! Recommended

We have a tub full of these from various sets and some of them are 3 years old and have loads of crayon left in them despite getting played with on a nearly daily basis. Lovely and easy to hold and it's fab they never need sharpening, colours are really strong too! x

If you need to colour things fairly quickly and neatly then twisables are the best tools for the job. The one and only drawback is that they are not refillable and you need to buy new ones instead. A great product at a reasonable price. Safe and non-toxic. Brilliant

Now have 3 packs of these at home, in my bag and at grandparents. Original pack has lasted over a year, even with being used every day. Great colours and easy for my two year old to hold. The best bit is no half broken crayons everywhere!!!! Love them.

Great for little hands and the contents are soft enough that drawing with them is easy (my little one has been frustrated in the past when other pencils and crayons didn't leave a mark). Four months in and no more broken crayons around the house!

i think these are the best thing that has ever come on the market as a crayon. i am on a second pack of these as some colours are used more often that others. having no broken crayons around the place is fantastic.would highly recommend these.
