It's a keyboard, not a work of art.It is however a very solid and weighty keyboard with the "essential" mechanical switch keys, backlit with 2 level intensity LED and thankfully an off mode to boot.The fixed usb cable is nice and long for couch gaming.The keys err work and the device was recognized instantly and drivers to enable the additional (volume control etc) bits downloaded and installed fuss free.One thing Corsair... One thing: give us a tasteful metallic badge for the Corsair logo, or at least a recess for that cheap crappy sticker that screams "This is the same generic product as offered by a different brand".

Really solid and well-built keyboard. Windows just installs it, no need to download anything from Corsair. Love being about to control the back light with the button, rather than rely on software. Especially as some RGB software can conflict with games anti-cheat features. The keyboard is a pleasure to type on, although noise may annoy others in a shared environment.Must confess I’ve not noticed one bit of difference when playing games. Only improvement being, it doesn’t slide around the desk.

This is a fantastic entry level keyboard for serious gamers, the Cherry MX key switches means quicker actuation of the keys for that edge in speed, & a quieter keypress which really helps if you stream too.The lighting can be configured in Corsair's iCue software to react individually or show in certain patterns but can only be set to red unlike other Corsair keyboards that usually have full RGB.If you have a smaller desk this could save you space as this is also a tenkeyless keyboard.

Compact design, excellent for small working spaces, 3 levels of brightness ( including a complete switch off), funcional and relaxing to use. No need to slam on the keys, they are really reactive to commands, so for extensive writing this keyboard is simply ideal. Personally i find the noise pleasant, it feels like old times. Totally recommended, Corsair quality at its finest.

The keyboard is well packaged and surprisingly smaller than a standard keyboard, without feeling like anything is missing. It’s compact yet efficient. Very comfortable to use, highly sensitive keys. The red backlight is a really modern touch, it’s brightness can be adapted too. Overall very impressed with what I thought I didn’t need, but now can’t do without.

This keyboard was perfect for those who are into gaming. It’s quite heavy and has good grips which is good so it won’t slide about. It’s black and red design looks very nice, and the red lights up when plugged in (which can be turned off and has different brightness settings). It has a very nice usb plug. It is very responsive.

This was for my son he says he is really impressed with this keyboard, it comes with cherry mx red switches that are a linear switch with an actuation force of 45g, it has a plastic case but it does not compromise on the weight and it still feels quality. The keyboard features a static red LED across the board would recommend.

This is a very good keyboard for both, gaming and typing!The keys feel great and I am very happy as the keyboard is well worth the money!I use it for everything even this review is being typed on it! It is the perfect gift for enyone with a computer!

I wanted something compact and of the 'tenkeyless' style and this keyboard is perfect, it's brilliant, ties in with my Corsair mouse and the icue software control. Solid build quality and satisfying key sound. I'm very happy with my purchase.

Great size, easy plug and play, it looks good when on with red background behind the keys, music buttons on top row make it easy to Skip songs when playing on a game. Good quality, machanical keys not too loud

A great mechanical keyboard with impressive customisation options via the available Corsair software. Good media key functionality. Comfortable typing with a nice form factor

Brilliant little keyboard, especially when used with the lapboard. At 61 it has made gaming much easier using the TV.
