I wanted a mascara to replace a staple that had been discontinued, suitable for day-wear (not thick black false eyelash type!) but noticeably defined.I tried several and was hugely disappointed by the brushes, texture and staying power. A review elsewhere led me to this and it’s perfect. It’s easy to apply with absolutely no clumping, the brush is good quality and helps to separate and voloumise - one quick coat even without curling results in defined, lengthened, lifted lashes that look natural; it’s also a smooth texture which makes applying another coat for more drama super easy.New make up bag must have

I'd read about just how brilliant this was online, although I did baulk at the price. However, I've taken this journalist's advice on other products and never been disappointed and, lo and behold, this really is fantastic. No clumping, builds coat by coat if you want luscious evening lashes - I only use one coat for daytime - and goes on wonderfully. Eyelashes don't feel 'heavy'. It is my go-to mascara from now on! Oh, and Amazon was the only place online I could find it in brown.

I, too, have been searching for a brown mascara and, having read other reviews, thought I would try this one and I am delighted with the result. The wand is slim and very manageable, the brown colour is perfect without any reddish overtones, the texture is light yet it remains throughout the day with no need of 'topping up', nor does it flake, smudge or streak. Hopefully, Chanel will continue to produce it in brown and I will certainly re-order in due course.

Normally I wear Lancome mascaras but they tend to be a bit flaky and the flakes end up all over my glasses. This mascara isn't flaky, it lengthens and the lighter color is perfect as I have blond hair. This might be my new mascara for regular daytime wear. For more dramatic lashes I think I'll try a different formula.

I've tried loads of mascaras over the years looking for the perfect one, always disappointed to some extent - Not with this, amazing !Best one I have ever used over the years and I'm now a total convert! Great long looking lashes, no smears, no clumps ! Lasts all night & longer.Fabulous -- The search ends !

I have searched for a good mascara for years and finally settled on this one. This is not for the dramatic look, rather for a discreet and classy lash enhancement/lengthening with NO clumping whatsoever.

Expensive but worth it. Would buy again. Small brush, which I like, eyesight is not what it used to be so perfect for me. Goes on well and stays on, highly recommended.

The best mascara I've ever used - it hasn't let me down in 6 years. Never flakes or ends up under my eyes unlike a lot of similarly priced products. Love it.

REALLY LOVELY MASCARA. NO CLOGGING, SIMPLE BRUSH, GOES ON REALLY WELL. EASY TO TAKE OFF. BEAUTIFUL CASING. WELL WORTH THE MONEY

I love the colour and texture but find it a bit harder to put than dior or lancome, need multiple layers. At least it precise!

love this for a going out impact. no clumps, can build up layers if required although one is plenty for a damatic look.

My favourite mascara, been using for years. Can be tricky to find brown mascara, so will be sticking with this one.
