Our disabled boy loves watching his sister with Mario racing on the Ninteno Switch, although his disability limits his ability to play, so we thought he would love this Mario race track. He opened it Christmas day but we made him wait till we got home on Boxing Day to set up and play. Opened it Boxing Day and built the track (impressed with build quality) to a little boy ecstatic with excitement. Got the plug out of the inner box that it was in and found that its setup for a European plug, not a uk 3 PIN plug, despite being purchased at the UK Amazon site. He was devastated and I am so angry with Amazon for this silly mistake. Now after Christmas it’s not exchangeable either. Very disappointing little boy,

Can’t see a contact for this but we Iive in the UK and this came with a 2 pin plug.
