We bought this truck on a visit to Germany for our then 18month old son. He absolutely loved it from day one. The windscreen opens up and he puts little men into the truck as drivers. Nothing broke yet, although our son is normally specialising in identifying vulnerable toys for instant destruction. We have been told, if ever anything did break, parts can be replaced easily as all parts are just "snapped" together. Its just a pity that Bruder Toys are difficult to get in the UK, we would certainly by more of them. The weels are rubber and much better than in any comparable toys I have seen before

we have now got 2 bruder toys, and my excitable 2 1/2 year old has not managed to break anything on either of them. a first for him! quality is very high. we would now not buy any other type of truck/digger for him.

this item is strong and sturdy and has been enjoyed by the two year old it was bought for and his elder brother of 9
