My 2 and a half year old was desperate for a rubbish truck. He was given this one and couldn't be more pleased with it! He loves the mechanics of piling 'rubbish' ( usually bricks) into the bin and tipping it in the truck, then driving a short way and tipping them out again! It is perhaps a shame no play rubbish bags were supplied with it but he's happy with bricks. He also loves putting play people in the cab to drive it ( again, perhaps a shame none are provided but duplicate people seem to fit well if you have any!). The truck is well made and very sturdy. Generally. Good buy. I would have given it the full 5 stars had it come with rubbish bags and people but my son would probably give it

This is a big 'un! We already had a tractor and trailer from the 1:16 (Pro series) range which is a big hit. We've just bought this roadmax so according to Bruder we should have bought them the other way round due to child's age if you get what I mean. The point is that it seems the idea of the toys for younger children i.e. the roadmax series should have different characteristics to the Pro series is more a marketing ploy. This thing is big and rugged and good fun but maybe too big and we can see bits which would snap off if dropped heavily. Maybe nitpicky but perhaps something smaller and more bomb proof for the two year olds?

I bought this toy for my 3 year old son and he loves it. He has an obsession with bin men so was overjoyed when we presented him with this particular toy! It wasn't as durable as I'd have liked it to be, the back came off pretty easily and so did the front window panel, but then my kids really put it to the test, so I'd still recommend it. It has lovely, bright, fun colours and is really attractive to kids.

My son, who just turned 2, has a thing about bin lorries and wheelie bins - goodness knows where it came from! We got this as part of his birthday and he absolutely loves it. It is great for little hands and there are lots of parts that do different things i.e. the cab opens, the back tips up. No sharp bits for little fingers to get stuck in.

I bought this for my 2yr old nephew who loves all vehicles but his great passion is Dirty Lorries". His face lit up when he saw it and he played with it solidly. It is a fantastic quality and fun toy. I will certainly be buying more from this range.

Great buy! Bought Christmas 2015 for my son who will be 3 in February. He loves it! It's a great size and no batteries required! You get one bin but no rubbish or binmen ( He's put 2 Lego figures in the cab!). Would recommend.

My 2 year old son is obsessed with cars and trucks. He has not stopped playing with this since he got it. Apart from everything else what I really like about the toy is that it makes no sound :-)

bought this for my grandson who is 19months old and loves to watch the bin lorries each week. it is bright and durable and safe. he loves it

Bought this as a present for a friends little boy. He has already had hours of fun loading and unloading the lorry! Really pleased with it.
