Liked the product, although the reviews were good, they were quite divided. No problem in assembling. It looks lovely. Everything works. Previous buyers were saying the bottom cover is too short and it slips out from under the sandbox. Well, it is large enough. We have stapled ours to teh walls of the sand box to keep all in place. The finishing of the wood is good and it looks smart. Outside has not rained yet so we do not know how the wood behaves. Waiting for the sand to be delivered and get into action. I was worried the corners might be too sharp, but they are not. I would recommend this product.

Easy to assemble and strong enough for Daddy to sit on the edge and join in the fun. Although having an electric screwdriver did make assembly a little bit easier.This has been in the garden now for over 12 months and has been moved a couple of times and it's as good as new. My only wish would be the option to buy a hard cover to keep the elements out as the plastic cover provided is starting to wear and tear.It's a good size sandpit which allows two, possibly three children to play happily together.Obviously the children love it; which child doesn't want a sandpit in their back garden?

Arrived nicely packaged and on time. The quality of the wood is good and the liner is great for keeping the sand in and the weeds out, the cover however is rubbish and completely not worth the effort it took to put it on. The instructions are a bit vague but it was easy enough to figure out how to put it together without them. My son loves it and would stay in it all day if I let him. Would have given it 5 stars if it had a better cover.

Brought as a gift and I have to say I had nothing to do with the construction so I cant really comment on whether is was easy or not. It came in one box (quite heavy), but this did make wrapping alot easier than I was expecting I can tell you. The gift was recieved to much joy and is already built and filled dispite bad weather. I am the flavour of the month.Really good buy if you are looking for brownie points!!!

The box was easy to put together and is sturdy and lovely for my toddler to sit on/in and play. The base is some piece of black material which is not ample to the least which means it needs some pulling and streching and annoyance to put it at the bootom. It also lets water in when there is water round the area where the sandbox is placed. Had to put it on a slightly raiswe surface to avoid it form happening again.

My clever husband put this together eventually. Luckily he has an electric drill otherwise it would have taken him longer. The groundsheet is square and as the sandpit is hexagonal it was a bit awkward to get it to fit on some sides and then there was a big overlap on other sides. However, that apart, it is a lovely sandpit and our grandson loves it especially as granny can sit on the side and play too!

Have a very young tortoise and this has made a great summer run for it. Have put plastic trellis mess over it and have a happy tortoise. However if you want to move it it comes apart and you have to rebuild it. I am not sure the edges are strong enough to take a large child if it is used as a sandpit - I'm a small adult but I wouldn't risk sitting on it. It also might break if children stand/jump on it.

Visually attractive sandpit. Easy enough to put together. There are a few problems with the design - it's not easy to move once built without it falling apart, the ground sheet is disappointing and should be nailed to the bottom to prevent movement.Looks lovely once built and positioned and have found the draw string cover to be fine too. Good purchase overall.

Perfect size for my 4 year old to play in with a friend or two. Do yourself a favour and pick up the solid wooden lid at the same time because the supplied tarp lets in water. I’m a pretty handy girl with an electric screwdriver but I whizzed this together myself in no time at all - including fending off aforementioned “helpful” 4 year old ....

This sandpit has been a great hit with my son. It is a very good size and is really sturdy.It took about 10 bags of sand to fill it just over half way (you don't need anymore than that)The plastic cover fits well but you will need to put something under it like a pole so it makes a tent shape so rain does not pool on top.

This came quickly- even in lock down. Fairly easy to put together with electric screw driver- my husband managed most of it by himself until the last part. Plenty of room for both of my children to use. The cover seems to come off easily in the wind. Takes lots of sand.

Bloody loved it his buy !!Wanted a nice non plastic sand pit big enough for a large 3 year old and his long legged sister. But equally didn’t want it too large .... it’s perfect !!Worth every penny - lots of sand needed to fill it but it’s a nice deep amount ???

This is a great shaped sandpit and much larger than anticipated but perfect for a couple of kids to play happily side by side without treading on one another. It does require many more bags of sand to fill than expected but should last for years.

Order arrived quickly. As it is a present for my grandson , I have just checked all the pieces are there and it seems to meet my expectations. Looks solid and hopefully my grandson will get lots of enjoyment playing in the sand.

Sturdy took a little while to set up but easy enough . Easy guide to help came in lots of pieces in a box . One piece missing so had to replace that piece . Top cover could do with being either elasticated or stronger
