This pan has some gravity to it, it is not lightweight and holds the temperature nice and stable. The non stick coating is all over not just inside the pan so even the bottom stays clean. Nice grippy handle. Non stick is really really non sticky. Unlike my brand new Tefal pan which sometime needs a soak this never needs a soak and food even when burnt and left to sit comes straight off with a sponge.I have bought Tefal all my life, I won't be going back to it. Really really happy with this pan.

It's a cracker to look at. Heavy, which in my opinion is great. Works well, holds the heat, super non-stick. Just excellent. Everything I wanted. Thanks.
