I bought this phone as a replacement back up for my existing Blackberry Bold phone. There are various things i do like and dislike about this phone. The design is a straight forward basic touch screen phone which looks nice and slim, its also pretty light weight. I didnt find the size too off putting as it fits in my hand and pocket quite easily. I dont like the way the charger cable is plugged in at the side as it makes it difficult to type, i think it should be placed at the top or bottom of the phone instead. Apart from that i think the overall design is pretty good. Some of the features are really good such as when turning the phone on it doesnt take as long to fully turn on and boot up as the previous Blackberry phones as this one turns on pretty quickly.the android software used is basic and easy to use, scrolling through apps etc is fast and smooth, phone doesnt freeze like most older Blackberry's. I dont really have an issue with software apart from it just takes time to get used to using when not been used before as it has various hidden perks or features. The camera isnt all that great as the amount of settings available has been minimized therefore quality of a picture is poor depending on the amount of light there is.music and video quality is awesome the music and video apps are simple to use, volume is loud and crystal clear. one downside about music playback is that you cant change equaliser settings which i dont really like, but quality is epic.I dont like the fact that there isnt many apps available in the app store which is pretty poor for an android phone, basic apps such as cinema or Amazon apps etc are none existent. The keyboard is annoyed at the fact that the keys are so small and its easy to tap the wrong letter/number since its a touch screen, i really think Blackberry a re a little bit behind time with the full touch screen phones. The estimated price these phones are going for are about £180 - £200 for a brand new one, at this day and age id say thats a reasonable price for this phone anything higher i think is shocking.Read full review...

This is my Personal / Professional Smartphone exchanging my ex Windows Phone. This is a quite nice designed phone (very beautifull back cover, as well), light one with an extraordinary touch screen. The HD (back) camera is really good. The really Special thing is the connectivity of this smartphone to your office network! You can access anything by anywhere (WiFi & 3G as well!), with just one installment of the BlackBerry Link. You can also have it on your Tablet so that, you have also anything in your tablet!!!Another intersting thing is the "Black Berry HUB"! you have everything (you want for communication) in one place, like: email accounts, text messages, BBM, Whatsap, notifications, calls,Important Messages anything...The BAD thing is that, when you operate it in 3G/4G, with GPS on, WiFi on, mobile internet on etc, the battery life is being reduced tremendously!!! The way to gain more time is to cut off what it's not needed and to use 2G(!!!) when it's only for talking let's say! The battery life will be increased double...Comparing it to others, I thing that it is a very good choice (value for money) and I suggest it!Read full review...

Why in this day and age would I buy a Blackberry?Good question but I wanted a cheap disposable phone as a spare and didn't want to spend a fortune. Initial plans of buying a new cheap PAYG phone turned out to be not so cheap!A scroll through eBay also showed that your bargain basement Smartphone of the Samsung or Sony pedigree also aren't necessarily cheap days out. Then it hit me. Whatever happened to Blackberry? They may have fallen out of fashion but they're still there making Android based devices for the business sector and they're not bad.Better still the Z10 was an absolute steal at the price paid and it's a solid device. If you want a touch screen phone with a decent camera capable ofdealing easily with email and texts what more do you need?As it's a backup device I don't need an entire App Store on tap. There's also the ability to side load Android apk's to Blackberry OS 10 which is something else to play with sometime. It works and the battery life is great.Am I happy? Yep and suitably surprised at the same time.Don't discount them as cheap smartphones if you need oneRead full review...

Great second hand phone for £24 if youre not worried about apps - very limited vs apple and android. Battery was poor when I received the phone, but got a genuine bb replacement for £4,50. There are also some genuine flip cases available for the same kind of money. I suppose these items are "cheap to clear" as there aren't many blackberry users any more? The z10 has a very good camera (8mp rear facing Plus flash), 4g, nfc, hotspot etc. What more does one want for this kind of money? Nice physical size to hold if you have small hands like me, and a rubbery finish on the back to help avoid the phone slipping out of your grip. Slightly different way of doing things compared to the main streamers, but it doesn't take much effort to pick up. Also has good clear quality audio for voice calls. Great phone if you like something that's a bit different to "run of the mill"Read full review...

This phone isn't for everyone.Do you want a phone that works out of the box? A phone you can easily install apps on and use the factory apps? A phone with cutting edge technology? Then this phone isn't for you. This phone is for people who want to spend hours looking through old forum threads, come up with workarounds and bootleg solutions. People who want something other than a current year glass brick (tm)pros:No android/google apps that track youSideloading android apps works (relatively) wellRemovable battery/Battery time is decent. YMMWYou can actually use it as a phone and call people on it. Great smartphone! Something unique on the market of iPhones and androids. lot's of interesting features (ex. night mode) and unlike others interface with easy-to-use commands. Absolutely amazing Blackberry Hub when you do not have to search into the different apps to find incoming messages. Pioneering one. Battery life is good after week of use. On the same level as others smartphones on Android. But. The big trouble for applications for this Blackberry 10 platform. No apps. Even Blackberry own lovely ones on BB 7. I do not believe that that situation would be changed in nearest future. So regret it.

good phone but not sure why a smartphone with many features has such a poor batterythere are longer life batteries out there though normal batteries are cheap enough to carry as sparealso other downside are certain apps, though do have ootion to save to home screen via browserlast thing, messanger is no longer supported via blackberry and in june whats app will no longer be available.as a phone and blackberrys 1st attemot touchscreen smarphone this will not be good for those on whats app and messanger

I love it. I use it as my work phone and my personal phone is the Nexus 4. I love my Z10. Thank you Blackberry for saving the day. I was getting worried about Blackberry as a company, with the proliferation of Android devices, and some IOS floating around.. and Blackberry seemed to have lost the plot. I've used Blackberry for years and when the Z10 was announced I kept an ear and eye open and decided to test it out. I am very pleased that I did.

This device is brilliant for one handed on the go usage, compact but packs a punch when you need to get stuff done.It may not come with all the distractions of the countless apps from other platforms, but it has the bare essentials to help drive work that matters.

Very similar to the iphone. Lots of features. A bit diferent than the classic Blackberry software but very easy to use. And if you need some more applications, you have the Blackberry World at the distance of a finger. Excellent buy. I recomend

previously owned a classic blackberry. this mobile hasn't disappointed. its not big to hold, very comfortable in the hand and has a good keyboard. sound quality is reasonable. its still early days, but I'm really enjoying using the phone.
