Most on-line reviews of this product judge it harshly in comparison to Android smartphones as a multimedia/gaming device. Needless to say, with its obsolete OS, it just can't run with that crowd. Nevertheless, it is a very decent Blackberry, with a good sized touch screen for a qwerty phone. If all you want to do is text and make calls, with a bit of web access via Opera Mini thrown in, this is an extremely ergonomic little device. It does what it does with no irritations. The keyboard is very good and much better than any touch screen keyboard that I have ever used.On the bad side, some of its features need an additional subscription to Blackberry Internet services, which might be a problem for a PAYG user.

both my daughter and myself love these phones,we both prefer them to totally android phones although we have both types,we like the combination of keys and screen,we were not bothered about watching media.but it was essential that the sound quality was better than good as we both use them as mp3 players. as to the phones themselves, both are used/refurbished in great condition,very well made,nice in the hand,intuative to use,great screen which does all the things an android phone can do. At 10.99 and 8.99 including P&P you cannot go wrong.

As title..luckily I had another charger that fitted, as sent without charger and no instructions, although there is a help programme in the phone.The grade is a 'b' marking and at the price, I wouldn't complain, but screen was marked on one side quite badly, although I have now managed to polish out.As I've indicated, for the price a fair purchased, so satisfied as to purchase.

We got the phone is good working order although I would say it’s more a C grade than a B grade so be aware of that! The phone we got although it doesn’t matter as it’s just for texts and calls didn’t have the blackberry store app so we aren’t able to download anything else other than what’s on the phone to begin with! Other than that no complaints and was delivered on time!

Having had the 9300 ( which I really liked ) The touch screen got a bit of getting used to, ie, touching it accidently and calling people by mistake. But now I am getting used to it and I like it a lot. The battery does not last as long as the 9300 but its not a problem. If like me you prefer a button key board instead of a touch one, this is the phone for you.

Its robust and attractive in style .the key pad is clearly marked .its ideal for work for storing files and business appointments .l have found it holds its charge longer than a lot of other mobile makes the screen is the right size not two big not two small l would recommend a blackberry to everyoneI think it well deserves five stars .

I bought this for my dad. He doesn't like technology and I've been trying to get him a phone he can use for years. A friend suggested a blackberry and he loves it. He can use the buttons to write a text and he has found it easy to use. Overall a great buy

great phone... they could just improve on the inbuilt memory.it is affordable and easy to use to any lay man.it is much more better than the blackberry 9900 as it is no prone to blacking out or factory defaults.

What a great little phone , the keys are easy to use and the phone is very light . It also as good memory featureswould buy another one if any thing goes wrong with this one.

A well presented s/h phone. like all smart phones the battery charge life is 1/2 days only, I would prefer a slightly larger phone with a larger battery. Sound purchase.

Lasts long time battery power ..... easy to store away easy to use ..... rather a blackberry to most device because it's simple to use all together ......

The phone was in good condition. It works properly. The battery stays for more the there hours when data is turned off. The speakers are perfect.

The Blackberry was as described and in v good condition. One slight problem was the charger. Not fitted with UK plug. But not a major problem.

I like the blackberry phones better than touch screen. they are easier to use for me.some people like the touchscreen but I struggle with them

Does all that you need from a phone simple and easy to use.It is great if you don't like all the touch screen phones that are out.
