Barbie FXH13 Doll, and Horse, BlondeMany years ago I bought a variety of Barbie dolls for my daughter and now I buy them for my grand daughters. Each in turn has loved playing with them for a long time due to the longevity of their design and the versatility of the many add-ons.Now we have a nice gift set of “Barbie and Horse” - a palomino of course with blond mane to match Barbie's long blond hair. Barbie is articulated so she is able to sit on the horse/pony whereas the pony is not and has a fixed pose. This seems not to matter and appears not to spoil the playing experience.Barbie is clad in rather garish pink riding “trousers” (not strictly jodhpurs) with a matching pink helmet.

Barbie doll with a horse a very well thought of concept as it will feed the imagination of any little girl. Barbie is always been a quality product for girls. I have purchased many in my life time as I have three daughters. They are grew up playing with barbie. My youngest daughter is 15 so not really keen in barbie but my wife has always been found of dolls and doll houses. She still collects them and when I saw this I quickly ordered it to surprise her.Barbie is well presented and I really like the horse as it is very well crafted. My wife fell in love with it but as she opened the box she was bit disappointed upon barbie dress as her trousers are coloured plastic not fabric or leather which you expect.

If your child likes Barbie, they will love this set. The horse looks lovely with its brushable, plaitable mane but is a solid piece that can be gripped and galloped along. It has no fancy features, like batteries to make it trot or moveable legs . It is Barbie who has the unique feature in this set. Barbie has jointed knees so she can sit well on the horse and put her feet in the stirrups and sit well on any Barbie furniture you might already own. This is a really good feature as in the past, sets my older children had meant that Barbie had to be forced onto her horse with rigid long legs and would often pop off the bulk of the horse's body or Barbie would slide off her house Furniture or seating in a truck.

What little girl doesn't love Barbie? As a child I spent many happy hours playing with mine dressing her up and imagining wonderful adventures for her. This set has Barbie dressed ready to go riding wearing her denim top, boots, pretty pink jodhpurs and riding hat to match, her legs have knee joints so she can stand or sit proudly on the included horse that comes complete with saddle, bridle and reins and has a beautiful white mane and tail.My one criticism is that the pink jodhpurs are painted on and can't be removed, this Barbie also seems slightly larger than others so interchanging clothes that belong to or were bought for other dolls in the range may be an issue.Any little girl will be happy playing for hours with this set,

The 'Barbie FXH13 Doll, and Horse, Blonde' is a giftboxed set containing one Barbie doll (the standard blonde variant, although with pink legs with jointed knees) and a similarly blonde pony (which is less tall than her - presumably for stability, but it does look a little odd, since Barbie is clearly adult!). The doll has a dress/top on which can be removed, her 'jodphurs' cannot. She also has a bright pink riding helmet, which can be removed. The pony has a brown saddle and pink reins (long enough for there to be a warning on the box about it being a strangulation hazard, so keep away from younger children). This is a beautifully presented Barbie and Palomino horse set and the horse is just adorable. My only niggles are that I wish Barbie had been given real jodhpurs and that the horse had been jointed so it could move also.The set comes with a standard Barbie and she has moulded Jodhpurs along with a cloth top and plastic riding boots. Barbie's knees are jointed to enable her to sit on the horse okay and she also has a removable helmet.The horse is beautiful and has a lovely soft mane and tail along with a bridle and saddle. You can fit Barbie's feet in the stirrups if wished and there are hand holders within the reins.A lovely set and I'm sure this will be on a lot of Christmas wish lists as my

My two daughters have definitely enjoyed playing with Barbie in her mansion full of friends and children plus with a stable full of horses. They have Barbie being a teacher in school and a lot of other imaginative settings and story lines. How can you not love Barbie?This is a mixed Barbie doll with flexible knees to get her in the saddle but no elbow movement which is a bit disappointing. The horse is well constructed and looks great. No real accessories with this set except the helmet, which is essential for rider safety. I do wonder whether barbie should also be wearing a body suit protector too, which is pretty standard when learning to ride and jumping fences.This Barbie and horse costs £28,

A lovely addition (or starter item) for any young Barbie fan. Comes in a lovely presentation box so ideal if you wanted to give it as a gift. Actually quite a bit bigger than I thought it would be which was a nice added surprise. Full sized Barbie doll and the horse is a good size too- something that will certainly be played with for hours on end. Plenty of 'attention to detail' can be seen on this item which makes it a good value for money item. Nice and sturdy, with the normal 'bendyness' you'd expect from a children's doll; thankfully doesn't feel like the legs are going to snap. Doll sits nicely on the horse without extra assistance. A lovely item, would recommend.

My 4 year old daughter loves riding and was near hysterical with excitement when she saw this "Equestrian Barbie" set. She has been playing with it non stop. The set includes a horse with saddle and bridle as well as barbie dressed in a blue top, jodhpurs and riding boots and a removable pink riding helmet. Barbie has moveable and faceted legs so sits well in the saddle. The only thing I didn't realise is that the horse is completely static - none of it's legs move. There is a barbie set where the horse does have moveable legs but this is significantly more expensive. My daughter doesn't seem to mind and absolutely loves it!

What does one say Barbe has been adored by many generations and I am sure will be adored by many more. This set is well presented in a box with a county side background. Barbie comes with her horse and Barbie has jointed legs which means you can sit her in the saddle nicely The horse and saddle are wonderfully embellished and Barbie well dressed for riding. Many little girls will barbie particularly those who are interested in riding and my great granddaughter just loves her and her hose so much. We love watching her with it.

The product imagery doesn't do this "Barbie FXH13 Doll, and Horse, Blonde" Justice. It looks fantastic (made of plastic) my first reaction when I unpacked it from the typical Amazon packaging was WOW. I didn't really expect to react that way so this is going to really make a great present for one lucky girl. The Barbie dolls male/female are so well known and what a great way to start your child's collection or add to what they already have. I can't fault this item it's so perfect.

This barbie with horse toy is lovely.My 8 year old niece's eyes nearly popped out of her head when she saw it in its packaging.The colours are stunning and the design of the toy is lovely.This product is strong and sturdy so will take lots of natural wear and tear through play.I would imagine lots of children would be very happy if they opened this under their tree on Christas morning.5 stars and highly recommended.

A beautifully detailed Barbie doll and equally detailed horse with saddle. The horse is free standing and its legs are fixed in position. Great for independent play, or for play with a play friend. Works well with the Barbie provided, or with any other Barbie doll. Beautifully presented. This set would make a lovely gift for any horse loving child, who will experience imaginative and absorbing play. Lovely item.

You can't go wrong with Barbie on a horse and this is a well thought out combination - Barbie has articulated legs so she can sit in a proper posture on horseback. My neighbour's 6 year old thinks it's great - she like the horse even more than Barbie! A mane to comb!It's been very well received and is a great enhancement to her Barbie Palace.

The horse is gorgeous and definitely looks better out of the box than in. The horse does stand on its own (or carrying Barbie) although it's a bit less stable on softer flooring like carpet / rug etc. You can use any Barbie if you wish but our daughter (probably a bit young for barbies) loves the horse on its own. A lovely toy.
