The product comes in two parts and needs to be assembled at home: there are a couple of screws to attach the curved part at the top. In theory nothing too difficult, but in our case a mallet was needed as the rims around one of the holes drilled in the metal structure made it difficult to insert.Our main issue with this product was the following: once assembled, the stand does not completely fold anymore, which means it takes up more space than what is described as "Very compact once folded". The curved head will bump into the other side, and it remains ~10-20 degrees open instead of being perfectly flat. This maens it is harder to stow away after use (behind a door, in a cupboard...).

Box was opened as per description but item is actually badly damaged: one of the lateral bars is bent, some areas are rusty, some others are scratched. Very disappointed. Will not order again from this brand.
