I'd advise going for next size up as the measurements seem to be for the size it is when not wet, but it swells to a tighter fit once wet. Excellent quality and so much better than any other cool bandanas I've tried - and I've tried many!!

Poor dog has been struggling in the recent heatwave. Product is easy to use and fits nicely. Cools dog which in turn give her some energy.
