It works well and looks nice, I eventually bought two more of the same series.The handles made of metal become hot when cooking. This is the only negativeNo odds stains or discolorations appeared after about 6 months of daily use

Very solid, frill-free (unusual for Alessi) and good looking. No plastic handles to melt if you put it in the oven. An excellent range of pans but don't forget that you have to buy the lid separately.
