Excellent quality well made fans but not totally silent. There is still a bit of a droning noise even at low speed and LED not as bright as I thought they would be.The controller works well with plenty of connections and fits easily into the case. Overall I would be happy to recommend the fans and controller.

Quite loud. Despite having a controller you cannot change fan speed, only the way the LEDs function. Had to reduce power input to 5 volts to get it quiet enough to bear but then the light are too dim to see!
