Very impressed with this pan. We recently had to replace a lot of out kitchenware when we moved into a new house and found it had an induction cooker. A lot of kitchenware is getting very expensive so you need to make sure it's robust, and flexible in terms of cooking sources. This seems to cover all the basis and I love the way it heats super fast and then retains that heat. Something I've NOT SEEN before is the graduation for how much fluid is in the pan which is a nice touch. Not that helpful but it does show they have put some thought into it. This did go through the Dishwasher OK but again I'm wary as some of the dishwasher cleaners are so coarse they strip the coatings on things and you start to see rust spots on Stainless Steel !!!

This 16cm saucepan displays the typical quality you expect from German kitchen companies such as Wusthof, Fissler, WMF, etc, but due to the aluminuim core manages to be a bit lighter than similar sized high quality pans, while still being induction friendly. Heating seems a little quicker than some others I've used, while heat distribution is very good and the lengthy handle keeps you well clear of the hot bits. The all metal construction is clearly going to last a long time and means that you can put the whole thing in the oven, unlike pans with plastic or rubber parts.For an added bonus, the packaging is wonderful - you'd think you'd just bought a Rolex or Brietling watch - so ideal to give

An attractive and well made saucepan. Feels lightweight and easy to handle. Works on all hob types and heats up quickly on my ceramic hob. Although all-metal the handle stays cool enough to handle when on the hob. The lid stays firmly in place. Easy to clean even if things do get a bit sticky (like it did when I was cooking rice in it the other day).Only complaint is around storage. With other saucepans I store with lids upside down to save on storage space - whereas with other pans the upside down lids stay in place, with this it slides all over the shop and won't stay, so I am forced to store with the lid in the upright position with handle sticking up which is not ideal.

ZWILLING TWIN Classic Saucepan, 16cm is a top-quality saucepan which I would happily recommend. The quality of this saucepan is evident from weight and the texture and feel of the pan are so smooth and perfectly shaped.This is a non-stick pan which is perfect for making sauces, custards etc.The pan has a perfectly fitting lid as well as a lip which helps to prevent spillages as well as making draining items with ease and precision.A good quality, premium saucepan which I am happy to recommend.

This is not a cheap saucepan, but sometimes you get what you pay for. It's heavy for its size but the heat distribution is good and it is very robustly manufactured. It's a good middling size and will hold vegetables to serve 4 approx and a stew for 2. Good for making a white or cheese sauce too. I've had many saucepans in my kitchen career and this is definitely a useful one at the better end. Would recommend for staying power and good results when cooking.

A lovely pan that is clearly very well made - a thick bottom, sturdy handle and a well-fitting lid. The design is very clean and the pan seems to be of a better quality than other pans we have from Circulon and Stellar. The 16cm size is fairly compact and ideal for heating soups or if cooking smaller amounts of pasta, rice, vegetables etc.. It comes out of the dishwasher looking as good as new.

This is a small saucepan with a lid stains steel matching lid. It is perfect for cooking vegetables for two people or making sauces. soup for two and so on. It is a nice looking, quality pan that heats quickly on our gas cooker. It fits easily in the dishwasher and comes clean on the first wash with no scrubbing needed.

We already have several pieces of stainless steel cookware from Zwilling. It is pure German quality and design throughout. In a word: superb. What we like especially is the welded handles - truly carefully done and this means strength without any rivets inside the pan. Again - excellent.

No complaint about quality of this brand, classic elegant design, non-stick, works on my electric hobs well. Just the size is a bit small for me as I always cook a big quantity for my big family.

Classic sauce pan is a great quality product. Stainless. Non sticking / burned food , special layer of protection. Suitable for dishwasher. Long lasting saucepan.

Use this for veggies in hard water zone, easy to clean off residue which was ruining my non stick pots. Great heat distribution all round.

Needed a reliable pan without a lip to be able to place a steamer on - quite hard to find - this is perfect!! Expensive but perfect
