We are very pleased with these saucepans and lids. The pans are strongly constructed and beautifully finished; they work excellently on an induction hob and in our experience the handles do not get too hot to hold. Somebody with reduced strength might find them heavy, but one has to trade robustness against weight. The lids are excellent and the different apertures for pouring off liquid are really useful.

These German, solid bottom pans set are great, transfer the heat evenly across the bottoms so seldom, burn contents when you get distracted.. red silicon on lids forms seal to cook quicker, allow steam out or pour with lid on. Only bad point is lids do not stack with pans so you need lid rack for storage, or plenty of counter space, but I didn't buy them to look pretty with 4-10 people eating each night...
