I was given this as a stocking filler at Christmas and have really enjoyed playing it of an evening. I haven't actually seen the film, nor know nothing about it, however I didn't feel like that would hinder the gameplay at all. The graphics are lovely and the quests are challenging but not at all impossible which I like in a game. The only reason I gave 4/5 is because of the controls which I found sometimes difficult to use, such as when swinging from a branch I would fall and have to re-start, however they don't spoil the game. I found the game a bit short to what I thought it would be which was a bit disappointing, but not enough to stop me from trying out the game on the hard mode.

The main feature of this game which makes it so nice to play is the game play factor, so many Wii game lack in this area which make them a 'once or twice' kind of play game but this is not like that. The visuals are lush, environments are lovely and the characters enchanting. The game itself is also massive, so not fear of completing it too early and being disappointed. Highly reccomended for all ages.

This game is really good fun and the graphics are great. I am an adult player and love these kids games. Controls easy, good storyline, a little bit too long when freeing the wild things from the gunk, but, lots of other interesting things to find and keep you interested. Not too many of these wii games about.

I bought this for my grandchildren as they already had this game but argued over who could play it! So by purchasing another at a lot cheaper than the shops harmony was restored.
