I have a one car garage converted to a workshop. It has the original flourescent tube down the centre, I added a 4ft LED fixture across the 'door' end a year or so back but needed more light at the 'window' end where I had installed a new work bench. The V-TAC LED lamp at it's high lumin power is wonderful and now makes that end of the workshop very appealing. I may have to replace the flourescent tube with one soon because it makes the centre look a little shadowy now. Of the three lamp fixtures the V-TAC was the cheapest and best.My only small criticism is that the supplied screws to attach the brackets to the ceiling had smallish heads that could pass through the holes if tightened hard and I added washers for safety.

I swapped out a single fluorescent tube in my garage for 5 of these units. Very impressed, I like the colour temperature and the fact they are very lightweight. Easy to fit too, as you can dasiey chain one light to the next (each light can be connected at both ends). Simple two wire connection. You can connect to 8 of the lights together this way, more than 8 and you'll need to wire the next 8 in parallel. They are completely sealed from dust and moisture when connected. Very nice design.

This light was very easy to install, just screw the bracket clips to whatever you are mounting to and clip the light in place. Wiring up was a piece of cake but not keen on the jointing terminal, much better to use the old block terminals with proper screws rather than just spring clips. Overall I’m very pleased as it gives me enough lighting for the space and was a good price.

If you are replacing a standard fluorescent light with the electrics going to the middle, you do need to put a junction box in the incoming supply and then add two core wire to the end of the led unit from the junction box. No earth is required as it is a class 2 unit ( no external metal parts). Apart from this easy to install. Quality of type and intensity of light - superb!!

I only bought one of these lights for my outbuilding. It was so simple to install took me about 20 mins from start to finish and the light difference was amazing now I can actually see when I need to go in there to get food out of the freezer I used to use a led torch but not now.

Bought 3 of these for installation in garage (lightweight for installing compared with fluorescent mounts) - very pleased with light output and quickness of starting (I have another 3 fluorescent tubes in garage that I will also look to replace with these).

Bought 3 of these to replace fluorescent tubes which seemed to take for ever to flicker into life.I now have instant bright light in my garage and they weren't difficult to fit, even though I would have preferred a screw-in connector rather than push-in

These units are simple to install and give a superb amount of light when compared to a standard LED bulb, I have fitted 2 in my cellar, and they have made a great deal of difference to the visibility in the cellar, would recommend to anyone.

Ordered 4 and installed in garage. After about 1 month one of the units failed and just flashed constantly.Contacted the seller and quickly received a refund for the defective unit.

very surprised by light output in day light even more so during the hours of darkness. One word of caution fit the brackets first and then present the light to them.

Exerted expectations. LED lights are usually very directional, these used in 10x8 shed gave an excellent bright light all over.

These are so easy to install. You don’t have to be a rocket scientist and excellent lighting that you get well worth the money

Really easy to install, only took about 10 minutes. nice and bright, really lightweight. For £20 it’s good value.
