When testing using Skype Test Call the microphone appeared to be very muffled and almost inaudible, likewise when testing using Windows. Trust customer services were helpful and responded in good time, and after a couple of attempts at troubleshooting asked me to return the headset for a replacement. However before I could do so, someone called me on Skype and my headset worked fine! Further calls proved that the headset was OK. The 1st call lasted 1 hour 15 minutes and the headset was comfortable to wear for this length of time. I cannot understand why it performed so badly with Skype Test Call and Windows.

This is a fair product. You get exactly what you see and read (!) in a nice quality...and you get it quite fast.The quality of the sound is acceptable, it is a light piece of equipment and it completely serves its purpose. I bought it for using it in business meetings and I got the quality of sound I expected..nice and clear. Keep in mind that my meeting may last usually around an hour with a rate of two or three per day and may go up to 4-5 hours. This means that I wanted something comfortable with a good quality of sound and I really got what I wanted at a rather low price!

I needed a headset to communicate with my family on Whatsapp on my home computer. This is very competitively priced, nay cheaper version of much more expensive chat headphones. Easy to plug and play — great for continued use, although I suggest maybe taking them off as clamping your ears to your head can become uncomfortable. Great value, great delivery.

With all this remote and home teaching going on I needed a head set. This works just fine. Half the price of others and performs well enough. The green and pink plug adapter included so good for phone (not tested) and laptop. Pretty light so comfy and not intrusive.

I brought this headset in order to listen to music on my PC and record some audio for you tube videos. The sound is great however the microphone is for some reason very quite as i play it back. But i get around.overall very good headset, worth the money

I've only used this a couple of times so far but I find it quite comfortable to wear even when watching long movies, and no sound escapes so it doesn't disturb anyone around me. It's also a good size compared to other headphones I've tried.

Great sound quality and value for money. This work well for me (I wear hearing aids) as they sit on the ear rather than enveloping the ear which causes constant whistling and feedback from my aids. In-line volume control works well too.

Really pleased with this product. Use daily for Skype calls for work - very good sound and never had anyone comment that they can't hear me. They do hurt my ears after wearing for longer periods tho.

Just needed these to chat to people on zoom occasionally. They’re perfect for that! I only wear them for a maximum of two hours at a time so I’m pleased not to have spent a lot on them!

A product of excellent quality and I am very happy with it. It does everything which is claimed for it. I thoroughly recommend it to other purchasers.
