i would have given this product a full five stars had it been clearer that the old bracket holding the old drive would be needed to house the new one.fortunately this was an easy process involving just a straight forward unscrewing of 4 screws making sure the hdd placement remains the right way up.had the drive running for a few weeks now with no problems what so ever.it's a fantastic upgrade over my laptops previous 160gb drive & doubled the capacity.it cost a fraction of the price buying from amazon rather than dealing with toshiba directly.it's a genuine brand new toshiba drive & was delivered in premuim packaging with foam around the drive which itself was in a sealed bag.i'm very pleased

This was used this as a direct replacement as my old on had failed. I had no problems installing the drive, rebuilding the OS and the applications on the laptop, It is very quiet and seems to respond quicker than my other one did. I would recommend to anyone who wants to replace or upgrade their existing hard drive. I have no dislikes about this product and for the price is a absolute steal. You really can't go wrong with this.

Great price for this drive, prices are at last coming down now thanks to the new Solid State drives even so I would call this a bargain along with a quick deliver time!

I used this hard drive to replace the original drive which was faulty in a toshiba laptop. It was not the exact model number but did the job no problem.

just replaced like for like got it quiet cheap for a 320gb hard drive. hard drive packed in bought cheap and pelplaced, like the product.
