Great for self feeding, the big chunky handles are easy to grip for little hands and the wide deep base of the apoon allows for food to stay in place rather than slipping off. They work really well with yogurt and purees because they are deeper than traditional kid's spoons and handy to keep in your nappy bag for when out and about. Not the best for spoon feeding weaning babies because the handles are slightly on the short side and the spoons are quite wide as well so they might be too big for their little mouths. Dishwasher and Microwave safe. Excellent set of spoons at an unbeatable price. Great to have as a set for your changing bag when out or as spares at home because they do always seem

These spoons are great for our son who is seventeen months. He has had them since about ten months when he was showing signs of wanting to self feed. The spoons are hard rather than soft tipped and that was off putting for him at first but he soon got used to it. They are the perfect size for little hands, being short enough to easily bring to his mouth but thick enough that he never struggled to grip them. They're the only spoons we use now, though he now favours his hands over spoons - especially when the food is messy!

Really love these spoons. Use them everyday. The bright colours are lovely for children. And I'd always suggest just use a different colour spoon to which ever bowl you use with them. So the spoons are easy for your child to see.My child easily picks these spoons up - and is able to self feed various foods.They go in the dish washer, or are frankly a doddle to hand wash.I've been extremely impressed with Tommee Tippee brand as a whole and have their steriliser, bowls etc. Really well made products.

Perfect for babies who are fully weaned and are learning to self feed. My little girl can easily hold the chunky handle and they are much shorter than weaning spoons, meaning babies can get the end in their mouth themselves. Some others leaving comments with poor ratings have failed to realise that these are NOT weaning spoons (the description clearly states they are for self-feeding); the end is not as soft as a weaning spoon and the mouth-part is bigger. If you're weaning you need a different spoon!

My daughter was already able to eat by herself at 12 months. However I used to give her baby spoons that were such a challenge to keep the food on and learn how to hold it correctly. She was already managing to the best of her abilities, but the moment I got these spoons mealtimes became totally pain-free for both of us. No spilling and messing about. She is now able to eat all her food with no struggle and not much cleaning for me ! Totally recommend them!

This 5 pack of spoons for your little one to start self-feeding with a spoon is nice quality and the spoons are pretty colours.These are not weaning spoons, for you to feed your baby puréed or mashed foods, these are for later on when your baby is learning to use the spoon themselves (around 12+ months).The 5-pack has enough spoons in it that you can have some in the dishwasher while others are being used. 4 stars.

I love these spoons.There much smaller than I imagined. I expected the long spoons, but actually there shorter. The grip is really thick. The colours are so beautiful too.We've not used them yet as I've bought them ready for when we start weaning, will be buying more of the collection though.Stylish and designed especially for babies little hands.

We actually ordered these for the little drop medicine that our newborn has to take before meals. They are the perfect shape for her. A little tilt forward makes her able to basically latch and suckle the medicine from the spoon. I am sure they would be perfect for spoon feeding an older infant as well.

My baby MUST hold a spoon while he is being fed so we need loads spare. These are shorter and harder than the other Tommee Tippee spoons I have so maybe not ideal for first feeds but will be ideal going forward. They aren’t as long so good for already overcrowded nappy bag when out and about weaning.

I'm not sure why I expected the handles to be longer but I was pleasantly surprised when they arrived. Hold a good amount of food, have extra sides to stop food sliding off (as much). My 1 year old can hold them easily so all the better to flick yoghurt at me with!I'd definitely recommend

The product is well made and have a good feel to them, my Grandson (11 months old) seems to be coping well with them, big handles and he finds them easy to hold, the food doesn’t seem to fall off either.Dishwasher and microwave safe and cheap, I would definitely recommend these.

These spoon take some getting used to - A few days should sort it. But we all love using them and are actually easier to hold than a regular toddler spoon.They are easy to clean and my toddler doesn’t leave as many bite marks on the plastic as he did his old spoons.

I like the different colours, my baby accepts the spoons and are comfortable to feed with, easily fits in my purse and nappy bag which is good for on the go. Good quality and seem like they will last for a long time. Good price for value

This are amazing my baby girl loves them she can hold them by her self with easeThey so easily cleaned bit and warm water and everything comes off and my older daughter likes choosing the colour to use that different time of the day

Great to get kids feeding themselves. A bigger and deeper scoop than a traditional children's spoon and a short chunky handle to make it easier to hold and scoop food on that doesn't fall off before they've got it to their mouth!
