The first tube arrived and did not work. I phoned the seller and they immediately sent another, which does work. Maybe their quality control could be better (not sure it even came via a warehouse they control or "direct from overseas"), but the customer service was good and the price point competitive.

The item was well-priced and arrived within a couple of days of the order being placed. I was a little surprised, however, that it arrived in a jiffy-bag which, I would have thought, left it rather open to breakage during transit. Luckily mine arrived safely.

It's hard to find warm white fluorescents; many claim to be but most are not. This one is brighter than most 8w tubes I've used but definitely has the warm white I had been looking for, so a bonus on both counts.

Great - work fine and a nice warm soft colour resembling a normal light bulb. However if you want a harsh blue white light for a modern kitchen and maximum brightness then these probably aren't for you.

Worked straight out of the jiffy bag, gives a good warm white light under the kitchen wall cupboard light. Packaging is minimal and I am not sure it would survive our letter box.

Exactly as described in the listing, easy to install and the perfect replacement m. I’ll know where to go in the future when I need to replace the fluorescent tube again!

Arrived on time and everything was ok, but I need to say the picture doesn’t show very well the product and I was worry about it until arrival.

Brighter than I thought it would be but perfect for cupboard that required brighter lighting.

Works well, however the light is not exactly "warm", but that is only a personal view.
