Plastic and garish on the outside, but a nifty little fountain pen within. Came with 3 cartridges and writes well. Ideal for some proper grown up signatures where a biro would not have be suitable. And at this price (and with the disposable seeming shell) it is not a pen you'd worry about losing. But one you can rely on. suits me fine.

Great first ink pen for my 9 year old. His writing has improved as he is very proud of his ink pen.If only the pen could do his homework......

item is as described. simple to load with ink and writes well. not over strong in body but more than adequate.arrived swiftly. good service
