This is a kick board and pull buoy in one and is really designed for those who train frequently and at elite level or under close supervision of a coach. It is durable and lightweight, ideal for packing with your swim kit.I frequently use a moulded pull buoy as a kickboard when setting freestyle drill combinations eg 25 m kick, 25 m pull. Obviously as an all-in-one combination, this ‘pullkick’ is bulkier and smaller than my usual kickboard and the swimmer has to work harder with the glutes to keep this in position when doing pull. The usual pull buoy, unlike this product, is more moulded and you are therefore less likely to ‘lose’ it in the middle of the pool if your legs are not tightly closed.This is a great buoyancy device which will also assist upper body strength,

This pull kick from speedo is top quality. It is a two in one floating device - a pullbouy and a kick board. The contouring in the designs allows for the dual role. It can be placed comfortably in between the legs as a pullbouy to focus on the arm training and upper body training or used as a kickboard to focus on kicks and leg training. Having the right equipments can make a world of difference in learning and training. This has a made a huge difference in my training. The pull kick is light weight, and buoyant, and also compact enough to carry in my swim bag. It is made of durable foam and by speedo, so I expect it to last a long time.

You know what, when this first arrived I was sceptical because of its size and also it’s thickness. I’m used to longer and slightly thinner boards. This is short and chunky but it’s really comfortable to use. I hold it at the front and underneath they have a curved groove and it’s so comfortable and natural to hold. As it’s a lot shorter it takes up a lot less space in my training bag. The colour isn’t perhaps my first choice but it’s certainly distinctive! Really impressed and it’s not something I would normally have chosen.

This is similar to those float boards we had when I was at school but is far from better as its made from. a more durable material those were full of chops and trembled packing material we get items in. This also has a brightly coloured coating and has angled sides to aid grip in the water and for aerodynamic reasons as encourage it to stay in the same direction of travel as you. These boards are used to learn to swim as well as for water aerobics in particular leg exercises.

This is a buoyancy aid that will help you get the most out of your swimming session. It is very light and easy to grip in the water and has a textured, soft touch surface.You need to rinse it in water after use and allow it to dry; it would have been useful to include a mesh bag for storage/hanging up to dry. But it is a useful aid to help get the most from each swimming session.

My family and rather like this Speedo Unisex's Elite Pull Kick Foam, which comes in a rather fetching Green colour. The whole thing has been made to a ‘high standard’, and affords the user optimal buoyancy. It is also designed with 'other uses' in mind such as; a floatation device, pull buoy and help a novice gain confidence in trying to swim. Another good product from Speedo.

This float has a good shape which is ideal for using in different positions. In some ways I’d have preferred it to be slightly bigger, but I really like that it is so lightweight and easy to carry – it fits easily in my bag. It is surprisingly buoyant for its size too and is decent quality; you can tell that it’s going to last a long time even with a lot of use.

Great bit of training kit. It is what it is, and you can get cheaper, but the benefits this one has are in its contour - nice to hold, easy to grip, can grip at multiple points dependent on what’s comfortable.It’s a durable hard foam that floats well and can hold good body weight. Ideal for leg training and it has no faults so far.

This is a great item if you are already a swimmer looking to improve upper body strength (by having this between legs whilst swimming) or lower body strength (by holding onto it in front). Multi function as kids can use it as a float or adults can use it to improve strength. Much cheaper than in the speedo shop.

Its a float that floats. Its very lightweight and has a couple of scooped out areas for resting elbows or legs perhaps. out nephew found it reasonably OK to use in out local pool. But did complain that it kept slipping out of his hands . A couple of rougher or grooved areas would resolve this small...ish niggle.

Easy to use and store. Excellent for development of form in the upper body as well as strength training. Used in public pools without disrupting anyone else. A bit awkward to dry out. Recommended for anyone wanting to improve their stroke form and style, or to develop strength in the upper body.

Great float that is designed to help build muscles and tone to improve swimming technique. Is well made and finished and the bright colour means it’s always easy to locate. I prefer having my own float than using the ones at the pool which have usually been battered about a bit and look manky.

Sturdy and well made, dries quickly and does not absorb smells which is good. I find it ergonomically perfect so it's easy to hold onto or to keep in place if using between the legs. It's not slippery even when wet and it also does not appear to be liable to break or be damaged easily.

A versatile buoyancy aid hat can be used for the arms or legs. Ideal for swimming training sessions to focus on technique and strength in the arms or legs. Equally great for children learning to swim. It feels well made and less likely for bits to rip off than other foam floats.

Works absolutely fine for me. When used in front if my body position is not right my legs get a bit low. When used as a pull boy again if I don't use my core correctly my legs sink a bit. So for me it gets me to be in the right position and isolates either arms or legs. Perfect
