I feel its my duty to inform anyone buying SKK pans that the coating doesnt last. All in all I have 15 SKK pans, they are well built, handles remain cool to the touch, heat up quickly BUT the non stick coating does not last. Use it 3-5 times a week, then hand wash it, use plastic utensils, IT WILL LAST TWO YEARS at most. I am now at the point of emailing SKK in Germany and finding out if I can get my 32cm SKK pan recoated. I paid £110.00 for it and now the food sticks, I can see on the coating that it is coming off so must be going into the food. When I first bought SKK pans I had previously had Woll, the Woll pans (used to be Novo) again German, the coating came off them so moved to SKK.
