Our daughter loves these. We bought them when she was just developing her eye-hand coordination. She could lift them with both hands and loved looking at them and sucking on the fox's ears. As she has grown older, they have continued to be her favorite toys. The shaking sounds are not irritating (to us) at all and she simply loves them. Once she was older she could hold one in each hand and bang them together. Now she is a year old and still loves shaking and playing with them, although hedgehog with his bumpy back is now the clear favorite. They are also easy to bring along on trips (can fit in an adult's jacket pocket) to entertain her.

Very cute little shakers, instantly grabbed my 10 month old's attention, and the perfect toys to have next to the changing mat to keep him absorbed and still (for a short while, at least!). Easy enough to get out of the packaging if you open it from the bottom (they are attached with wire that can be untwisted from the base, though it is a bit of a faff) and they all work fine, with pleasant and distinct rattling sounds. Only drawback (for me) is that they do tend to skitter a good way away if dropped (we have wooden floors, alas), but for my little one who is now crawling that is all part of the attraction as he has something to chase!

Lovely little toy, has a few different textures for your baby to feel and explore but for our daughter, shes still learning to grasp both handles and to pull it to make the noises. I would say that this is for slighter older babies who have developed good dexterity and has a bit of strength to fully appreciate this toy!At present, our daughter is using it as a teether and a table basher but she looks like she's having fun!

This set is nice. Not very loud and it takes a bit of strength to get any sound from the clacker. Baby uses it as a teether. The fox ''tambourine'' is very quiet too, with two little metal bells locked inside. There are few holes on the back to increase sound coming out but it still is on a very quiet side. Loudest of them all will be the shaker drum. The toys are beautiful but very quiet.

My baby daughter has been playing with this guitar for over 2 months now and she hasn't lost any interest at all and still is very fascinated by it every time I pick it up and play some music to her. However, the volume can be a bit too loud though, having 2 level volume control would be much better. all in all, a great product, it's so cute I Can't imagine any kid/baby not loving this!

My daughter loves these! Took a while before she didn’t just whack herself in the face with them (there have been many tears as a result) but now at 7 months old they are perfect for her hands. The fox has always been a favourite for her- especially with the teething tail. The instruments make nice gentle sounds and so shouldn’t annoy any parents so would be an ideal gift :-).

This is an awesome little guitar very cute design all three of my triplets love it ( two girls and a boy) has held up perfectly and they aren’t easy on their toys, love the different tunes it plays! 10/10 recommend ! The only thing I’d say it it’s either on or off no volume control but that doesn’t bother me it made it easier for the kids to turn it on themselves!

One of those toys that works at different stages, My grandson liked carrying it around or sitting in his car seat and sucking it, and will soon be able to pull it open to make the sound of an accordian. (pleasant sound) I was very pleased with the quality and different textures to feel and skills it encourages. It is an appealing toy built to last.

Okay. My daughter LOVES this toy. I swore I would never have toys that make noise, but the music that this little guitar makes is actually pretty catchy and not annoying! It lights up as it plays its bluesy tunes. There is no volume control but the volume isnt too loud as is. It's just adorable and a fun way to get your baby excited about music.

Skip hops products are good I ordered few and very happy with them all. Good Design and are durable this hedgehog is fabulous I missed out in description that it makes sound and my son's loves it he is strong enough to pull it for sound but he loves it when we do it for him...easy to hold for little hands over all very happy with this product

Really cute little toy, well made and my son thinks the noise is hilarious. It was a little hard for him to get his coordination right when he was younger, so probably best for babies over 12 months who are a bit stronger. A worthy edition to our toy box, and we like it so much that I’ve bought some more for his friends as gifts.

It took a while for my child to enjoy these (they were too large for his hands when small), but after about 8/9 months he really loved them. Think he especially likes the bright colours, textures and details. And they are also sturdy to chew on. They are great to put in the changing bag to have on hand. Also easy to wipe clean.

My daughters favourite toy! They’re really good quality, great colours and each makes a distinctly different noise. Helped us teach our daughter to recognise different sounds and their source, as well as how to grab and hold non plush items. Best toy we’ve purchased so far. Bought when she was 2 months - now she’s 4 months

The accordion notes make my baby laugh, and she likes the rattly beads and knobbly bits for chewing on. The handles are good for little hands to grab onto. Definitely supervise while they’re playing with it, though, because it’s quite heavy and hard and would hurt if they walloped themselves in the face with it!

This is one of my favourite purchases. I just love these wee toys. They are in baby girl’s nappy bag so always to hand. She is just starting to grab now so can appreciate the textures. They still also amuse my 19 month nephew with the different sounds they make when rattled. Also gorgeous design and colours.
