I bought this clock because it was made by Seiko and advertised as having a light & lumibrite. The manually operated light is feeble and doesn't eliminate bottom half of clock and the lumibrite barely works at all. I need to use an alarm clock during the night without switching on main light, this clock is very poor and doesn't do the job.I have since purchased an Acctim Smartlite which is excellent. The Seiko has been given away.
