Product looks new and works well. Delivered promptly. Very noisy though, extreme vibrations (can feel them under-foot), but guess thats the power of a dual processor 500GB barracuda. Had to buy a drive silencer to reduce the noise. Despite this it showed 67Mbps transfer rate from one barracuda to another whereas before I was only getting 30 - 45 Mbps. So a major improvement in performance.

Item came a little earlier than first forecast and work perfectly. Buying second hand hard drives can be a bit hit and miss but these were exactly as described.

its a good hard drive , but it just scores 5.8 on windows 7, i got it working no problem , and the 16mb of cash make it fast.

great for the price but very loud. easy to install worked fine. upto date connection e.g sata. does its job well.
