I recently bought one of these in used condition. Needed an extra because I have bought a new camera which is also used - hence not expensive. I am experimenting with full frame on this camera (Nikon D3) so wanted to keep costs low. Because it has two CF card slots I bought this 16GB card as back-up in slot 2 in used condition. So far no problems. Most people don't use their photo gear heavily and they are just upgrading or moving to other equipment so used gear is a pretty good bet. I have only ever had one failure of a card when I handed it to someone in a printing lab to download the pics. They must have corrupted it somehow. That card still works fine. I always stick with SanDisk

Have been using two of these for a while now Canon G5 and 40Das i started with 1gb cards when i bought the camera`s the extramemory means i never seem to run out at all. Guess if i ever get 5D iiimight need a lot more memory

This card has served me well with all my other CF cards fast enough for me and my 50D just purchased a 6D so SD cards also required the majority will also be Sandisk.
