Tested and worked fine and as this is USB it should be compatible to charge phones as well as my tablet. The quality looks good and has Samsung on it so it should be good. Handy for car boat or caravan where mains power is not available and as the cable is a plug in to charger so does not poke out for easy to storage.

Charges my galaxy P-1000 tablet no problem,you must use the samsung usb car charger to use the cable with ,as other ones wont charge as they have to be 5 volt output,so this does the job,genuine item and excellent quality,quick delivery from seller very pleased ,would reccomend this item to buyers

great if you have a tab it does what you need charges it.You can by cheaper version charger but you will find that as soon as you put in car socket it will say charged not so with original samsung charger.I use it on the go in my truck and ready for use when i finish in the evening.

Hooray, a Samsung accessory that works with my Galaxy Tab 2 10.1.THis item arrived the next day, plugged it in, plugged it into the car and it was charging. This is a relief since half the Galaxy Tab accessories i have bought don't work.

Well made and does the job well, but I cannot understand why Samsung have gone down the route of making something unique, causing a non Samsung charger to act like a Data USB connection, albeit it does charge the Tab, but slowly.

As alaways when a new electronic 'toy' is bought, it has to have it's own accessories. At least withthis device you get exactly what the advert describes. A neat lttle gizmo to keep you charged up when away from home.Great.

A good quality genuine Samsung product. The only complaint I have is that it sticks out of the socket rather too far. I have other lower current USB chargers that are not as big, less obtrusive, and protrudes less.

this is a genuine product, perform as expected, no control light but device is more than informative. is suitable for my new Galaxy S4 and my old Tab. it came with extra wire and that is added value!

Bought this to use with my 7" Galaxy Tab 2. Works perfectly and also charges my 10" HP Touchpad with a different USB cable without a problem too.All genuine Samsung product, would highly recommend.

Shame that I had to buy this when all my other car -> USB chargers should do the job. Yet more stuff to buy and clutter :(Other than that, great quality product and essential in the car.

At first I was a bit upset coz it didn't charge enough, but after I have connected the cable that came with the phone it worked perfectly. I am really pleased with it now. Thank you

Bought this item as a stocking filling for my sin-in-law after his wife bought him a table for Xmas. He works away a lot and it has not been mentioned, so am assuming it works well.

This is a quality accessory from Samsung at a great price. It works fine, and the detachable lead can be used for regular usb connections as well as with the car adapter

This seems to work fine. Lets me have the screen on and GPS running while driving and the battery doesn't seem to go flat. Seems better than any charger I've had before.

Prior to this I had brought a couple of car chargers off Ebay and neither worked, In some cases i find it charges my tablet faster than plugging it into the mains.
