First power supply unit had no output but was refunded straight away, second fine. A reasonable business model. 5 stars if they tested them first but then the price would be higher so a very good source for psu replacements for old laptops etc. Would definitely use again. The free return label seems designed so you can't use it but I managed to fiddle one out to work.....

The charger seems to be a genuine spare although it is smaller in size to the original charger, thus the reason for only 4 star rating, but it seems to be working well.

I am very happy with this purchase, it arrived in good time and good condition and is working perfectly well to charge my laptop.

Arrived earlier than expected and met my fit, form and functional requirements. Very happy.

Excellent, but due to the design the plug in end the wire became worn and ceased to work.
