There is nothing wrong with Apple 87W USB-C Power Adapter as all it does convert 220v to tablet or phone supported power! It works as a fast charger too not only for MacBook it works great with non apple products as it supports USB PD! USB C technology inside!

Remember that this adapter doesn’t come with the USB-C cable - a good plug nonetheless
