It was a bit of a pain to get this into my laptop as there is only one M.2 slot, so it required an external case to clone my operating system. Once you get all that sorted, the boot up on my computer is a lot faster and having the extra space is great. Laptop manufacturers should just save us all the trouble an put a bigger SSD in to begin with. 128gb is unacceptable!

Blisteringly fast NVMe drive. Samsung data transfer software failed to work for me, so I had to use a PCIe adapter card in a X4 slot to transfer data from my old 960 pro to the newer 970 using aomei partition software. Now all up and working, very pleased with the purchase. So far no problems at all.

Tested original super speed amazing price, after installing windows 10 on it go to bios/uefi go to boot manager/priority by default it will be windows boot manager uefi something like that change that and put m970 evo ssd as first boot device it will boot in less than 6 seconds!

Swapped this for my SATA III Samsung 860 evo and noticed the difference in speed and progs loading immediately. If your motherboard has an M.2 slot I'd highly recommend the upgrade.

Very small, very fast. Worked straight out of the box in my ASUS Z170 K motherboard.Very easy to set up using the data migration software from Samsung to clone my existing drive.

These are still a bit overpriced but work well and have a good warranty. On a mac system the 970 plus does not work so this is probably one of the best for this application

Installed this as my second M.2 This one holds all my games with the other my OS. Being first to spawn into a game and grab the class you want is pretty much a given.

There's not much to say about this SSD, I upgraded my Motherboard and decided to install this in the slot, it's fast, and gives me more capacity

Windows loads pretty much instantly and games load in a fraction of times. Faster than SSD and SATA M.2. V-NAND M.2 is as fast as you’ll get.

Not much speed boost over a ssd on my mobo and using NVMe mode disables half my PCIe ports!!!However for price it was worth it!!

It goes every bit as fast as claimed bios boot takes longer than windows boot unreal I am very pleased
