This is a fantastic pan! I got the 9.5” nonstick, which I was surprised to find is a full 2” deep -much deeper than all the similar-size pans I have had in the past. I was thinking it would mainly be good for frying eggs, but the depth gives it a lot more potential! It is quite heavy for the size, very solid construction. It conducts heat BEAUTIFULLY: heats up fast and perfectly even. So fast & even, in fact, that it marks the first time that I don’t hate having an electric cooktop instead of gas!During my first use, I left my scrambled eggs unattended for too long. When I returned to the kitchen, I discovered that the eggs had spread into a thin, perfectly cooked layer across the pan - it looked like a crepe! It was so thin that I feared it might stick, but it smoothly released without leaving a single speck of egg in the pan. This pan will be absolutely PERFECT for making crepes or omelettes. It’s so deep, I think you could evenly brown a pound of ground meat without having to drag out the giant skillet. After seeing how easily it released food during the cooking process, I was not surprised that cleanup was very easy. This pan has NO visible rivets, so the cooking surface is 100% perfectly nonstick. My other skillets (of all sizes) all have a pair of stainless steel rivets that attach the pan to the handle, and since the rivets are not nonstick, it’s always a little harder to fully remove the last bits of stuck food & grease from the cooking spray. Not so with this pan, so cleanup is a snap.I wish I could buy all my pots & pans from this company, but they are on the expensive side! ABSOLUTELY worth every penny though. If there are one or two skillet sizes that you use often, it would really improve the quality of your life to replace your current pan with one of these!

Overall, this is a pretty good fry pan. It's a perfect size for 2-3 eggs or similar smaller jobs. The pan itself is very thick, which allows for very even heating. I'm very impressed with how well it heats without even the slightest indication of a hot spot. The non-stick coating functions well. It seems decently durable, but (as is usually the case) you need to use nylon or wood utensils or it will scratch.Although the listing states it comes with a cover, the 9.5 fry pan does NOT include a cover. The weak spot is the handle. It's not as firmly attached as other 'high end' fry pans in that it does not have a rivet that goes through the pan body but rather a screw attachment on the outside. The handle is plastic and comfortable, but does not have enough metal protection on the underside where it connects to the pan to prevent scorching. The first time I used it with a high flame the plastic started to melt a bit on the handle, producing a really foul odor. It didn't significantly harm the handle, but it was pretty annoying (and smelly).Although the handle design drops my score to 3.5 stars, I'll round up to 4 since the heating evenness is so good, as well as the overall heft and size. It would be a perfect pan with a better handle but, even as-is, is worth considering.

There's not much that a person could want from a fry pan that this doesn't deliver - it's got a nice weight to it, quite a bit heavier than a cheap one. It just feels like a quality item. The aluminum is nice and thick, the bottom is perfectly flat, and it sits very solidly on the stove top (no tipping like cheap ones). The non-stick surface works great and the handle is very sturdily attached. The bottom has a satin finish, while the sides are a nice shiny chrome. The inside is black non-stick.Overall, this is about as good a fry pan as a person could ask for, and out of all of the ones we've got, it's easily my favorite. Highly recommended.

Very high quality frying pan. The product advertises a cover, but none is included with this pan. There isn't even room in the packaging for a lid so they should change the description because it's misleading.Teflon coating is very nice, handle and metal used for the pan is thick and built to last. I've just been using this to fry eggs and sausage, things like that. I'd like to get the lid at some point so I can use it for more things, but I don't even see it for sale which is unfortunate. Overall, it's a very nice frying pan, and Rosle is a very well known and respected brand.

This is a decent pan. It is a good size and the handle is easy to hold. The lid fits on it just right. You do have to use some kind of butter or non-stick spray or the food does stick to it. It Cooks food evenly as it distributes the heat. It does really well with meat, but not so well with eggs. Overall, it's a good pan.

This is a high quality pan, you can tell from the moment you take it out of the box, even by just the weight of it.
