For £7.99, this product is an extremely good investment if you're looking for a mousemat that suits all tasks, without breaking the bank. The Chroma design is stylish, and will look superb in most desktop environments, especially with RGB-illuminated hardware like a gaming mouse. All mice that I have tried with this product glided effortlessly across it, making it feel premium. Being a fraction of a centimetre thick, it has an incline barely noticeable if you run your hand across your desk. Its bottom is sticky and doesn't slip whatsoever, but allows the mousemat to be peeled off a desk easily, for readjustment or replacement, should you feel the need to (which you probably won't).All in all, this mousemat does an amazing job of being a mousemat for productivity or gaming, and looks the part as well. If you're looking for a great mousemat at a great pricepoint, then look no further.I thank you for taking the time to read my review, and I hope that it has helped you come to a decision in your purchase.

I have used a Razer Sphex for a number of years, this purchase replaced my Sphex V1 which lasted me 5 years all but 1 week. I was really doubtful when I purchased my 1st Sphex as it was so thin thinking it can't be a serious gaming surface but many hours, days and even years now as an FPS addict I won't place my Madcat rodent on anything else. I find it tracks effortlessly whether I set my mouse at 1000 or 6400 dpi. The Sphex clings to your desk with no fear of movement but yet is easy to pick and move if wanted. For me, it's thickness or rather lack of is a huge advantage as it just does it's job and never gets in the way. My only gripe now is the sizes that the Sphex v2 comes in.My v1 was larger than the mini but smaller than the standard v2 and to be honest was the perfect size for me. I have gone for the standard size but because of the thinness is not really an issue, just down to personal preference I guess and to be honest is probably no different to the size of many other surfaces.

This was one of the first razer products I had ever bought, (alongside the Razer Huntsman in Pink), and overall it works as a normal mouse mat the main difference being the leds surrounding the edge of the mat.The mat itself is a light grey colour, which matches the pink of the Quartz set very nicely. However, once you spill anything it is impossible to clean so watch out (i accidentally got moisturisor on it and it left a bit of a mark). The leds are nice, however the colour is not consistent through out the whole mat, I first thought it was a problem with my one; however after some digging online it turns out that other people also have this problem of the leds closer to the 'brick'on the top right being brighter than those on the far left. Although, this isn't as noticable in the dark as it is in the day time surprisingly.I would reccomend this for anyone who likes RGB like me, but if youre just looking for a regular mousemat something cheaper may be better for you!

If you look up Razer Goliath's medium you'll generally find a price between 12-20 quid but for some reason the Destiny 2 version is selling here for 5.99. I mean even if you don't like Destiny 2 you're getting an amazing mouse mat for SIX QUID!Material quality is good, this is a really smooth and fast mouse mat, a bit scratchy at first because it's not perfectly flat but once it irons out its fantastic, it's probably a faster surface than my Hyperx speed mat.Design wise I really like it, a mixture of black and grey with an understated Destiny 2 moniker, plus I'm into Destiny anyway so it does appeal to me. Personally I think it looks better than the green fissure design they have on others with the massive Razer logo.Overall I'd say for this price it's too good to pass up.I've ended up buying a second one to go in my laptop bag.

I’ve found it perfectly good in terms of what it’s meant to be and do, but I misunderstood what I was buying. I thought it was a sheet of hard plastic / polycarbonate. It’s a very thin and extremely flexible product with an actual adhesive backing. It’s more like a padded sticker than a hard sheet or a traditional foam mouse mat. I’ve stuck it to a glass desk and it’s held very firm.Mouse tracks well during gaming. I’ve had it a few weeks and no signs of wear. Surface is on the rough side but I don’t personally mind that as it makes for more positive feedback.I wouldn’t dream of sticking this to anything other than a glass / stone / plastic surface. I think in time it would rip paint, wax or other coatings from a surface. This isn’t something to keep moving around.

Incredibly thin, super sticky. Love this mouse mat!Took a LONG time for amazon to ship (3+ weeks) but once here, I'm pleased and it was worth the wait. Sticks to the desks surface like it's glued down, but is easy to peel with the fabric side tab.Untra thin, so be aware that if the surface you're applying it to has ANY bumps or dents, you'll likely feel it through the mat - I have only used it on my freshly built office desk, but noticed a small speck of dirt was trapped underneath which I could feel through the mat. There is no padding on the mat, it's less than 1mm thick, but the surface for mouse tracking is excellent.Photo attached with ruler for scale.I have the LARGE mat.Very pleased.

Overall, this mouse mat is built superbly - I had no problems with it in terms of build quality. It's the fact that it requires you to install a different Razer Synapse program (it is NOT compatible with Synapse 2). Unless you own Razer's newest up-to-date hardware, your Chroma setup will not sync with the mouse mat. In my case, I had my keyboard (Blackwidow V2) and the mat's lighting synced perfectly, but my mouse (Deathadder V1) and headset (Kraken 7.1 V2) synced to THEIR own lighting - not the prettiest! Refund has been approved, but this is still a top-notch mouse mat if you're in need of RGB everything!

Very thin, I can barely notice it's there. The bottom of this mouse pad has something that prevents it from slipping out of shape, it's like it's glued - it's not, I easily could move it around lifting it up first.I personally would be opted for a bigger one, this is relatively big, but if you play games which require certain degree of accuracy, you are ought to decrease your mouse sensitivity. Meaning that you will need to drag that mouse a lot, even over long distances. For that, while I have generally no issues with it, there are times where I could use that extra 5cm

As thin as a few sheets of paper and sticks to your desk. Very fast hard mouse mat surface ideal for fast accurate mouse moves (FPS/RTS etc). It's easily cleaned with soap and water and can be removed and re stuck down if needed. I have the previous versions of the Sphex and this one is larger that the older versions though there is a small version if you want it.I personally wouldn't consider any other mouse mat though some do like thick soft mats I always found them sluggish.

Altho I have a gaming desk made out of same material I appreciate the thinness and great material. It wont break or be in your way since is pretty much a plasticy sheet. Very easy to clean, you can whipe it with a towel and will get dry instantly and ready for use.Best for gamers who crowd thing on their desk near pc since it will blend in with the table and it wont get soaked in drinks abd sweat. If you looking for a comfortabe fluffy one then this one is not your thing.

Don't skimp out on the cheaper mousepads, this is hands-down the best.Tracking is fantastic. It's slippery for some mice but it's the most precise and free-form mousepad by far.Portability is limited. Personally, mine has a slightly sticky back to eliminate the slippery mousepad dilemma, and I love it to keep my desk entirely level.Overall, must-buy for anyone seriously getting into games like PUBG or Siege where pinpoint accuracy is crucial.

I have to admit, initially I didn't realize I could peel out the back and I was confused as the pad would not hold its place. After that they thing clinged to the desk without a problem. Word of advice, wipe down the desk with isopropyl alcohol and a microfiber cloth before placing the pad. The pad can also be moved and will still cling. Don't expect many times though. The pad looks stunning and the surface feels fast if you are into gaming.

Was looking for an extended mouse mat and after some research I decided to go for the Goliathus, mainly because of its size (see photo for scale). Other brands have good products as well, but just too large for my desk setup. Saw some other reviews where the mat material wasn't flat, I did not experience this at all. It also doesn't seem to attract much dust.Mouse glides nicely over the mat with enough control if you're playing fps.

I have to admit, I did t read the description and assumed I'd be getting a nice neoprene style mat, in actual fact it's a very thin, very hard plastic. You peel off the backing and just stick it to your desk.Turns out I prefer this as you can't really feel it at all and it performs its job mouse tracking really well. (razor mice can be calibrated specifically to all razer mouse pads which is a bonus)

The colours aren't as vibrant as you'd expect but it's still very nice to look at, they really didn't lie the mouse mad is ultra thin, its on par with a bank card for example. Is for adhesive it sticks perfectly to a clear glossy surface, it uses like a rubberised plastic of some sort so adheres to the surface by friction, as such I'm not sure how it would stick to a surface such as wood.
