I have had at least a year's experience using this mousepad.PROSUnless you're playing FPS games at a tournament level, you will not need a mousepad that claims to have some magic surface that makes you aim better. I have used this mousepad for high level play in CS:GO and more recently Reflex (a new Arena FPS game) and it does the job perfectly fine. The feeling is ever so slightly different from the Steelseries QcK.Size, there's a good range of sizes you can choose from. In my case, I eventually had to upgrade to something larger because I'm a low sensitivty gamer, but that's personal preference.CONSRegarding the rubberised bottom, if you're a low sensitivity gamer like me,this mousepad will probably not stay 100% completely still, but it's better than the Steelseries QcK in my experience. You'll have to re-position it on your desk every 30 - 60 minutes of FPS gaming.I was surprised to see that this mousepad was packaged properly, as in, not rolled up. So when I placed it on my desk for the first time, it sat completely flat. Hooray! For the surface quality, it's not the greatest. Over time, you will notice lint build up on your mouse, especially if you're a gamer. This is because very fine particles from the mousepad come off when using it.Despite the fact that the mousepad has a stitched edge, it still frays over time. Not ideal.Branding. Perixx, your branding is ugly, please hire a graphic designer to make you a better logo and colour scheme. Steelseries and QPAD looks better in this regard.CONCLUSIONIf you just want something cheap and does the job, get this, I prefer it over the Steelseries QcK. If you want something higher quality, you will need to look elsewhere. I recommend the new QPAD ones. I bought the QPAD UC-90 and it's by far the highest quality mousepad I've ever used.

I ordered this mousemat because my standard sized mousemat I had previous to this was just awkward. I could feel the edge of the mousemat on my wrist, my mouse would often come off of the mousemat and it just looked odd on my desk to have such a small mousemat. So I began looking for (extra) wide mousemats as I had seen them in setup video's etc. They complete the look of a desk and are very ergonomic. So I will be giving a full honest review of this mousemat - the Perixx DX-2000XXL.How is it?If you take a moment to look at my uploaded pictures you will see that you will need quite a large desk for this mousemat, and it was a perfect size to me. I would recommend measuring out the space on your desk you would want it to go,this mousemat is of similar size of 3xA4 sheets of paper, though slightly taller so that is a good place to start. Can you fit 3 pieces of A4 paper lengthways across your desk? There is perfect space for your keyboard, mouse, and even maybe a drawing pad as well as I still have a large amount space left on mine. The mat is well gripped to my desk and doesn't move unless pushed or pulled, but the weight of your hand on the mouse when using it is enough to stop it from moving at all. The mat is of pleasant feeling when my wrist is rested on it and almost goes unnoticed. The mouse glides perfectly across the mat without any blips or mis-reads from the mouse. It is flawless in use.The minimalistic design means it's suitable for any desk, whether that be at home or work, yet looks aesthetically pleasing.Overall I could recommend this product to anyone looking for a wide or extra wide mouse mat, however be sure to measure the width of your desk to make sure it will indeed fit.

This mouse mat is used with a Logitech G502 with Hotline Games Performance Competition Mouse Feet. This mouse mat offers a fast glide for a cloth mouse pad and has roughness on the surface with a random texture to help offer some resistance/friction.This is definitely a good mat for low dpi players. I asked the guy in the video review how well his is holding up and he replied that he is still using it today after 2 years of use. Therefore durability must be v good. The bottom rubber could do with offering more grip however as it does still move a bit on wooden surfaces and on top of another mouse mat (This a negative point about it so far hence why I knocked one star off).Additionally it does seem to attract bits of fluff, however these can be easily brushed away. The weave is what offers some resistance and texture to the surface, I tried taking the best pictures I could to show it (see attached pictures)As this version is 5mm thick resting your wrist on the mat is not uncomfortable or cold to touch. The logos appear to be some kind of vinyl overlay so only time will tell how well they hold up, but they are far out the way from the areas where the mouse will see most of it's usage.Stitching around the mouse is very good and has no frayed edges.Compared to the Heaton hard plastic and OCUK branded mouse mat this mouse mat is not only better value for money but is better suited for gamers. The OCUK and Heaton mouse mat has massive durability problems and offers inconsistent tracking after a few months as it loses it's friction over time due to excessive wear which is visible to see.

Allows for long mouse movements when playing on a low dpi mouse setting, mouse doesn't snag or have any issues it just glides right across it. - Perixx DX-2000Perixx DX-1100LSo I recieved the Perixx DX-1100L as a gift from the other half, for use at work.I already own the DX-2000 which I think is absolutely fantastic. But back to this. The Perixx DX-1100L is quite a peculiar mouse mat in my opinion. It is much like the Razer Sphex in looks, and how it is used, but is also quite different. There's not much in the box, just this and a sheet of card to keep it from getting damaged. This mouse mat has an almost fabric like top, where as the Sphex ( I will be comparing the two quite a lot ) is a hard top. This mouse pad feels like it adds weight to your mouse, something I actually prefer as I can feel the movement in the mouse, where as with my other one the DX-2000 it just slides straight across. Now this will be beneficial in different environments, a weightless glide will be good for quick fast paced action, where as this will be better for slower building up action. Almost prefer it, but it lets me down in FPS games, which is what I play the most. I prefer this over the Razer Sphex as the look is also more aesthetically pleasing. It doesn't look like a hard granular surface like the sphex. This will be updated if needed, with any outcomes of further use.

I was surprised by how much more responsive the mouse is on one of these mats. The size I got (large) is more then I need but it means less lifting of the mouse. I have used many mats before but none have made as much difference to the use of the mouse as this one does. The rubber backing means it does not move around the table. I use it with a Logitech G500s mouse and they work well together. I removed some of the weights in the mouse, I found I needed a heavier mouse to get a good response when on the table but when using the mat the mouse could be much lighter and still give a better response. I am still getting used to the fact that much smaller movements of the mouse result in the mouse moving around the screen more and faster then before, but it can be slowed down by using the built in windows mouse control or the G500s built in DPI controls.I liked the fact that it is delivered in flat packaging as that means it fits down on the table flat from the moment you use it.The top surface has a quality feel about it. I also found that using it the way I do my wrist rests on the mat and adds a little more comfort to using the mouse. There is a very nice stitch around the edge to stop the cloth curling up, which I have found a lot of other mats do. Being black and cloth it does pick up dust a bit though, but that is easily brushed off.

At first I was thinking of giving it 3 Stars but after getting in touch with Perixx they told to a way to fix the mouse if your having sensitivity problem. Awesome help it did fix the issue and just for that i give it 5 Stars.Looking at the other reviews I've seen everyone is positive about this Ultra Thin Gaming Mouse Pad and so i am too. The ultra thin meaning the build quality will be very delicate but no. The build quality is awesome, no doubt about durable. its 100% going to last you very long time. It is also your responsible to keep safe during the cleaning and not to damage the surface which could help up affecting the mouse movement. The ultra thin gives you soft and smooth mouse movement. This allows you to play slow sensitivity and still be moving fast or play on high sensitivity. Awesome packaging, Very Premium, Didn't expect this to arrived in a professional packaging, I thought it will be in a roller shape. Really cool logo at the button. The only feature I don't like is you have to stick this mouse pad on one spot, I completely understand why it has this feature. This is so it doesn't move with the mouse. I personally don't find this feature useful because as a e-sports gamer I like to keep moving my mouse-pad/mat but it's- still a awesome feature for others who likes this feature.

I have come to expect amazing products from Perixx and as usual they have delivered. The Perixx DX-2000XXL is amazing value for money, it's not only one of the cheapest large mouse pads, but one of the best quality. Whether it is for office or gaming use, it gets the job done. The material works really well with mouse tracking so you will have no issues with gaming and it is comfortable for long gaming sessions, giving a place other than your desk to rest your wrists on. The stitched edging stops the pad from fraying at the edges that so many mouse pads suffer from, giving it a clean look and long lasting feel. The rubberised bottom stops the mouse mat from sliding all over your desk and I have to say it works very well.I have found it easy to clean also, any dust or marks easily wipe off with a damp cloth. The only negative I have found is that the mouse pad is packaged rolled up, so it can take a while for it to completely flatten on your desk. Apart from this small inconvenience it is perfect. Just make sure you have the desk space for it before you buy as it is rather large at 900 mm x 300 mm.So should you buy this mouse pad? Absolutely, it's cheap, high quality and best of all Perixx have amazing customer service.

Great product all around.I can't speculate on durability as I have not been using it for long, but things I can say are the following :It is thicker than I originally thought, but this is not a bad thing. It seems to have really great stitching around the outer edges, which means it is not going to fray, which is usually what happens on cloth/material based mouse pads. It looks durable and works great with my mouse.Of course all of the above is subjective as to what peripherals you use and also your own personal preferences. But I would definitely recommend this product, great value for money in my books.27.11.16 - More than a year later and the mouse pad has withstood the time quite well. There is no edge fraying, the only thing that has disappeared over time is the logo on the bottom right where your mouse arm rests and rubs against consistently. Slight discoloration of black to a dark grey is also located in the bottom right where I rest my wrist off the mouse, but it is so minimal compared to the length of time that I have been using it for, and I use it everyday.

I never thought a larger mouse mat was needed until I got this particular extended mouse mat. A lot of people tend to pay around £5 for a mouse mat so my thought was what makes this one so special. Well the main key feature is it is a lot bigger. The whole purpose of an extended mouse mat is for it to cover a keyboard and a mouse meaning there is no need for just one tiny mouse mat.Is it worth the price. Yup! I would definitely recommend picking an extended mouse mat up purely because it makes your setup look a lot more cleaner and also it can add grip to your keyboard. In the packaging it comes rolled up very nicely and the material that Perixx used feels premium.I can't really say much as in short terms it is just a mouse mat but bigger and gives your desk a nicer and cleaner look.I would recommend this to anyone who is into gaming or just a general consumer that wants a clean looking desk with ample amount of space left. Definitely worth it and I wouldn't bother paying £30 for other brands - it serves the same purpose and offers a better price.

WOW..!you will not be able to get a higher quality better made mouse mat from ANYWHERE..the best way i can describe it is that it is made out of EXTREMELY high quality wet suit type of material that is stitched all around it's edges.it is wipeable and washable under the hot tap with a bit of soap and dries almost instantly. oh, and by the way, whatever mouse you use, it will just glide over the surface like pure silk.trust me when i tell you this- honestly, don't bother looking at any other mouse mats, not even the higher priced branded ones that 'top gamers' supposedly use, just buy whatever size you need but buy a PERIXX branded one. mine is the large DX2000L size and is just right.ps,when it arrives (in the amazingly high quality packaging) please think of me and you really WILL be glad you took my advice.i will honestly never buy any other brand, EVER...i am SO confident of the unbelievably high quality of PERIXX mouse mats that i will personally give you your money back if you can find a better quality mouse mat than a PERIXX..!

Very impressed with this mouse mat, the mouse glides perfectly and feels comfortable, definitely a step up from my steelseries QCK mini which I was previously using, XL is definitely plenty big enough for me but if you have small desk space go for the smaller sizes, can't really grumble at the price either, very cheap and love the fact the edges of the mat are stitched which will allow for a longer lasting product I am sure. Very affordable and very good quality too. Highly recommendedPros- XL is the perfect size for me ( will benefit in fps games for sure )- glides smoothly with no stutter or inconsistent movement- Affordable- stitched edges to offer lasting protection to the edges- Camepackaged in a flat box so the mat was not creased or rolled up into a tube box like other gaming matsCons- Not really much to say to be honest, if I had to be picky, Id probably have prefered the Dx-2000 logo to be white but that is been super picky if anything :P

I'll start by saying I don't know a lot about mouse mats or the many different types of high end ones you can get, and I don't really have any frames of reference to compare this to. I'm trying to get into/better at PC FPS gaming and bought a Razer Deathadder 2013. I was using it on my desk but was suffering from a wandering mouse cursor. With this the cursor stays exactly where it should. As for the mat itself as others have said it seems very well constructed. The tight stitching on the edges seems like it will stave off peeling like you see on old mouse mats. I bought a Medium and it's pretty much a "normal" mouse mat size. The surface is smooth to the touch with just a hint of grip.Luckily this was exactly what I was looking for. It doesn't feel like cloth, it feels a bit like the neoprene stuff they make wetsuits out of. It came boxed in retail packaging that kept it flat.I have to say that for just £6.99 this feels like an absolute steal.

I've had two of these mouse pads. The first one I owned for a few years before the stitching at the bottom edge of the mouse pad came apart and the fabric started to come away from the base and edge. I ordered another one and the exact same thing happened in the same place, but this time it happened within a matter of weeks. This is an aesthetic issue more than anything since the amount of fabric that is loose is very minimal and doesn't affect usage. The pad surface is soft and my mouse glides across it with minimal effort - Much better than using a hard desk surface. As a mouse pad it works very well and I can't complain at all with how it performs. its a very good size (I got the XL version both times)for gaming at lower sensitivities where you need to have a wider area for long arm movements and in terms of value for money is probably the best mousepad you can get on amazon .

This is a very well made mouse mat, at least as good if not better than similar products from more well known brands. The edges are stitched meaning they do not fray and the stitching is good quality. The rubberised bottom prevents slipping well - on my desk it does not move at all, even when trying to. You have to lift it up and put it back down to move it!The top is a really nice material which is smooth but has a knap to it so works perfectly with optical mice and it is cushioned just enough to make it comfortable to rest your wrists on.I have glued this to a thin piece of mdf of an identical size to create a "gaming board" to use in conjunction with my steam link, so that i can sit in my armchair. It rests on my legs and the arms of the chair to create a solid and stable platform for keyboard and mouse.

I purchased this even though I use a mouse matt that has a wrist cushion, so I'm not really using this as a matt but rather as someting to avoid scratching my desk. This it does very well, as the material is thick enough, and stitching on the sides is proper. That being said, the texture of the front side is a little too rough and I would've prefered something like neoprene or whatever yoga matts are made of these days. The back is actually a very nice rubber and will not slip accidentally as it's very grippy. Minimum logos at left upper corner and lower right, which I didn't pay attention to in the pictures (wish it didn't had those). Anyhow, good matt at the price point,if you're not looking to set up a dance club in your desk or spend a stupid amount of money in a piece of fabric.
