After a few months the internal chrome on the bin lid had started to rust and disfigure quite badly. Seller was quite unhelpful; firsly the seller failed to reply to my email for guidance and then, informed me with - 'hi dear, Really sorry for this actually if there was any problem you must report it within 14 days of purchasing now you can contact the manufacturer regarding this problem'. Incredibly helpful of them. The bin is a great size and very colourful but it is already rusty and enough said about the after sales service.Further update - manufacturer posted new lid without squabble. Well done them. Gains extra stars.

Hard to get too excited about a bin but it knocks spots off the broken one it replaced. Easy to keep clean and touch opening doesn't require too much pressure. One benefit of having this type of bin is that it keeps the nasty bin smells to a minimum as only part of the lid opens and can be shut swiftly. The slightly conical shape does make getting bin liners on a bit harder - you have to slightly stretch the top - but this is more than compensated by the shape making it easier to empty so no mored split bags. I'd highly recommend it.

Great looking and very functional item. Only loses one star as the lid was an absolute pain in the backside to fit to the bin the 1st time. I got this for my Nan and there is no way in a million years she would have got it to fit correctly. After I got it on though (after 10 minutes of frustration!) It has since taken the shape of the bin and is easy enough to remove / replace for bag changing! :)

Item very nice looking down fall the inside of the lid rusts the seller was marvelous replaced the item with no arguement but sadly the second item has also rusted i Ithink it is because if you put warm wrapping in it sweats haven't claimed another one as I think unless you only put cold dry items in the bin it will happen again so if you could get over the rust issue it would have had 5 stars

the bin arrived in pristine condition, i was a little worried as some reviews said there bins were damaged but this was fine. love the colour can't wait to move into our new home to use it. it was quick to order online and quick delivery I tried three times to order similar bin from well known high st company also telephoned and still couldnt get it sorted !! so amazon well done !!!

never thought I would match my kettle,toaster and microwave in this fabulous Magenta colour.This push top bin is in an identical finish.large and roomy and holds an inner bin so its easy to remove bag and empty.It has a push top lid which is conveneint and keeps my dogs noses out of the bin top!

Hasnt got the quality feel that get with the expensive ones, but it works and the lid fits securely. Cant comment too much on the hinge as ive only had mine for a month, but so far its holding up. Worth a punt if you dont want to pay out 3 times more for the big brand.

Good value product for the price. I had a problem with the lid not always shutting from day one. I got in touch with Amazon & they sent me a replacement lid the next day & there was no need to return the faulty one. Great customer service.

Everything about this bin I love, the only thing that lets it down, is rust accumulate under the lid, and pop up lid doesn't pop any more,so I have super glued a handle to open lid works wonders
