It has some nice features. The clear plastic on the first floor allows light to twinkle up from the cavern below. My daughter loves the sparkly icy plastic that's been used in places- it's a shame there isn't more of it. In usual Playmobil tradition, some of it could've been designed better. I took off the stairs that lead from the ground to the first floor as they make the toy too wide and don't fit that well either. My 4 year old daughter's thrilled with it but I feel it could've been better.
